Interesting comments on this old Reddit post, I hadn’t heard of Pilates instructor Melissa Wood Health MWH, but like the commenter says Bryony’s content is very much like hers, wonder who came up with the term ‘spicy’ to describe a workout with a burn first, as MWH uses it too!

We can’t have our Sugar Baby on carbs before her photo shoot this evening. The Tony Romas offer sounds amazing to me (then again, I’m pregnant and want to eat everything in sight).
Gosh if I had to get by on that dinner I’d be ordering room service on top!.

Not trying to humble brag here, but I’m 15 years older and have aged a hell of a lot better than her!
She looks like I did when I was going through a break up and lost scary amounts of weight. My body looked great, but may face started to crease and sag. Fillers are the only way (I managed to put the weight back on and thank goodness!)
ETA - “great” as in I’m naturally muscular, not anorexic…
Because she’s had filler, she’s really not going to age well. Her friend (Hazel I think? Can’t remember her name) is the same. They’ve sculpted their faces so much, but their body large is so low, hormonally they won’t be well. That brings up all sorts of problems with skin ageing…. They’ll need to keep plumping up unless they start eating properly.
Again not bragging, but I find it hard to put on weight, especially when stressed. I now weight train 3 x week, Pilates 3 x but I eat like a horse!
It’ll catch up with her. To be she looks mid 40s easily.

All she kept saying was that she had an exciting trip planned, but no mention of a retreat until closer to the event. It was influencers, as I saw fast fashion Jodie Wood among them.
