When I first met my husband, he took me to the Brookside set (it had been off the air for years at that point) and convinced the security guard to let us have a look around. I knew he was a keeper from that moment 😂

I'm so excited for the cross over, though brief it'll be nice to catch up with the Brookie characters,
Wonder if theres enough time for them to also mention characters who arnt appearing? So mentions of the Murrays, Dixons etc
As I did read they asked Sarah White( Bev) but she was filming elsewhere

I'm looking forward to seeing Nicki and Tinhead. I really liked the Shadwick family.

Billy annoyed me, declaring love to Sheila but letting Doreen stay there, should have kicked her out!
And taking Sheila to 'a special place' where he proposed to Doreen, that would of been the end for me!
And have had enough of stroppy Tracy!!

I have always remembered not to switch a light on in a gas leak thanks to the parade gas explosion. I was only 9 when I watched it but its stuck with me.

Omg same! And last year my friend and I were the first to arrive at work and when we open the door we could smell gas. She put a hand out to switch on the light and I screamed in her face 🤣

Literally my sister did the same thing once and I had a vision of my house going up like Brookside Parade 🤣.

So that's the end of Doe! So funny how Barry and Rod kept shutting the car door to stop Sheila getting out! I so would have loved a big showdown between them!
Sue has just had the baby and Terry wants to take her out?
Loved the scenes between Harry and Mick.
Am so fed up with Chrissie's constant moaning, she's so draining to watch!
