Ok so like I said it really is all starting to kick off...I’m actually quite surprised by Jodi Montgomery‘s statement at the end. Just wanted to add majority of it I don’t like one bit. They are all in Panic mode.

Oh that sounds super sketchy to me, I’ve maybe watched too many films during lockdown but I’m a bit worried about Britney’s safety during all this.

The biggest trigger was the PPD. More than likely it made existing issues more out there. She seems like someone who does have bipolar as I see a lot of her in me. The wild spending habits she would have, the Vegas wedding, how fast she married kfed. It doesn’t make her crazy but hopefully she can get help to stabilize it.

Yes it’s always been rumoured to be bipolar but really what does that matter? People CAN control it with the CORECT medication. I 1000% believe she had ppd, I’ve talked about that already on her. Maybe there is something else...if she doesn’t want us to know then I don’t want to know out of respect for her. I have read so many blinds/gossip about what it could be. I found it strange how she wanted everything to be made public but one of the team interrupted. Britney then decided to seal. Whatever it is or isn’t would not make a difference. She is loved unconditionally by millions world wide.

It's actually like some kind of horror story, that something this oppressive and violating of a woman's human rights and bodily autonomy is playing out in front of our eyes for the last 13 years. How can there not be any decisive progression, after Britney's devastating speech and the worrying things that she said, and with this level of media scrutiny? This conservatorship has burned through most of Britney's net worth since it started, with her footing the cost of trials and lawyers and paying the livelihood of all involved parties. She's got 60m left, how long will it take them to vulture through that too?

I know that's a crazy amount of money for 'normal' people, but she should still be worth waaayyy more than that given the longevity of her career/popularity, all the world tours, sponsorship, perfumes, Vegas residency..........

Very true. She has been manipulated and exploited her whole life.
And furthermore if she is as ill as they make out, why the hell is she being forced to go out and perform on stage like a performing seal.

Yeah that's an own goal from her. It makes her look immature and at this point in time she needs to convey the exact opposite of that. Hopefully her new lawyer has a gentle word with her about optics.

Agreed, I think it's kind of just an act of rebellion which I understand completely, but I don't feel like now is the time Plus she still has kids who are very much in the public eye. Would be a shame to cause them any more distress than I can imagine they have already been through.

I don’t trust lufti. Although I do believe Britney’s family defiantly has gas lighted him. To be honest with everything lynn said that he did to Britney like drugging her by putting drugs in her food, hiding her dogs is this true? Can we believe what she said? Because right now I don’t believe a word that’s come out of her mouth. She is no better than Jamie she’s sat back and aloud it all to happen while taking Britneys money and living the LIFE. I read a tweet last night someone who dressed Britney posted saying at some event in LA they just sat there been cruel criticising her and telling her she couldn’t drink a Diet Coke because they didn’t want her to bloat. She said the whole situation was horrible but Britney was a sweetheart. Her entire family are evil. I truly do hope they have to pay for everything they have done and put her through. They deserve the worst!! Anyway back to lufti I have been following his tweets and of course seen the leaks he keeps leaking. He’s tried many times to help her. He knows first hand how evil team con are he is not shy about speaking out. Still there is something about him I do not trust. He’s got restraining orders against him by many people.

I like your reasoning there...I just wonder why not just leave it ? Surely they can see the whole world watching and talking about? People coming out with support for Britney and telling their truth and experiences whilst been around Britney and ‘team’. If britneys statement and the entire world watching isn’t going to change anything...then what is it going to take? They’ve got to do something. This can not go on any longer. I don’t know how they sleep at night and carry on living a day to day life with this hanging over their heads. I absolutely would not be able to live with myself.

These people have no soul. Money talks, everyone has a price, and these people are making a lot of money from Britney. It’s not just her conservators who benefit, she pays all their legal fees too as well as her own so she’s a huge earner for the court too. It’s absolutely inhumane

I dont get the whole conservatorship thing. I mean you would think that someone nearly 40 years old would be allowed to make their own mistakes. Most of us have before and managed to come back from it. It's how we learn isn't it. If she mucks everything up, it's her money and career shes mucked up so why isn't she allowed to do that? Being under her father's control makes me think he is a control freak or something more sinister

What was everyone’s take on what Britney said about not sure if she will ever perform again? personally I get it and understand. The truth is she is on a break, she’s stated she will not work whilst her fathers got any kind of control over her. If she really wanted to retire I would totally respect her and understand. I just want her to be at peace with herself and happy. I want her to live that normal life she’s so desperately wanted for soooo long. I literally have everything crossed for Wednesday and I hope no Britney fan will be trying to gain access just because I want her to have her chance to speak to the judge and it not to go to shit!!

I remember a couple of years ago she was asked by a reporter (as she was getting into her car) if she would ever perform again, and she cheerfully said “of course!”. But a lot has happened since then, so who knows. It seems like she really loves dancing, so if performing truly makes her happy then I really hope she does. But like you I would totally understand and respect her decision if she retires. And yes, keeping everything crossed for Wednesday.

On a lighter note, Blackout was suuuch an incredible album, I remember when I first heard it, I couldn’t believe she’d come out with that after so much turmoil

Yes he is. And on that note, his book Catch and Kill about the Weinstein takedown is a must read.
I’m so glad he’s now working on the Britney story!
