These kind of things can easy be reported to ASA.
I've lost count the amount of times BPerfect got into trouble with the ASA. Mostly because of influencers not following the guidelines that BPerfect clearly give them.
Bperfect does tell all of the influencers who are working with them and all the AFs to ensure that there is no filters and must mention that it's an AD or AF etc
I think if you search the ASA site, you will see some of the investigations on BPerfect
