lonely wee woman, husband is dead, sad music in the background about missing people. But everything's OK, it's Christmas, her family has called round and everyone is delighted with their bperfect presents.
They probably won't make a new year's ad where to wee woman is sitting on her own with her skin all broken out and the family have all fallen out because they bought eachother crap makeup for Christmas. Plus it's the wee woman's own fault because she didn't do a patch test so can't even get a refund.

Like he didn’t mean it at all, we all know that, and then he shared the video acknowledging that!!

I already knew Brendan, and his associates had no moral compass, integrity or social awareness.

Seen him on dragons den and commended his success. Not big into makeup myself didn’t know much about the quality of the brand etc But still thought fair play to him making a success of what he is doing.

But the store opening and all the hype, during Covid was a huge deal for me.
I lost any respect for him both as a person & as a businessman.

He didn’t apologise in a timely nor significant manner then, and he sure won’t be apologising properly now

Not the first time either - there was another launch from him a few months back that was full of similar antics right at a time when lockdown was fully in place

fair enough he probably organised this Weeks launch amid easing of restrictions and then the numbers were rising again

local lockdown came into place in Belfast a few weeks ago that should have been the pause button to stop and think how good an idea a launch party like this was but sure they were all too busy partying in Brighton under the guise of work to even notice that

The rising numbers this week should have been the stop button and the plug pulled on a big event

Or want to keep it safe and gather interest make it a ticketed event with time slots - like £20 a ticket with ticket cost valid against purchase on the night ... because would love to know how sales on the night correlated to the shit show that it was in terms of lack of adherence to regulations or keeping anyone safe

yes it was at a shopping centre so you have no control over crowds outside or in the mall but when your own team are part of that then you are responsible

and Castlecourt security should have been moving people on that were milling about for the safety of any other shoppers on the premises and the crowd outside well that’s where the police need to take action at the time & move them along
