I reckon Danny & Donnie from NKOTB at their peak could handle themselves in a scrapEast 17 would win that hands down. Their only competition is Five but I think Five are just scrappy, East 17 are actually hard. I would hire John as a bouncer.

Jesus Christ! Has Robbie forgotten to take his ADHD meds? I'll bite though because I'm unmedicated. By his rules, it's 1990 onwards so NKOTB would be disqualified, since they were predominantly 1980s.
For the USA team, you'd be a fool not to include Nick Carter. He's full of pent up rage and can flip on the turn of coin. Huge ego too. Tell him he's a tit singer and he'll be off. Add Joey Fatone to the mix, he's a human brick. And let's chuck Justin Timberlake in there, too. Not because I think he's 'hard', I just want to see someone give him a slap.
For Europe, love it already. East 17, Five, and Shane and Keith would get the job done. But let's not rule out Dane Bowers. He loves a good scrap. He might not be so enthusiastic if he's not up against a woman though. And maybe put Louis Tomlinson on reserve, see if he's really as Gallagher-esque as he tries to make out he is.
Finally, since some of them are older, there needs to be something to level the playing field a bit. I'm thinking everyone has to fight topless, with maybe some baby oil involved? For equality, of course. Not for perving purposes. If we are perving, add AJ McLean, Kevin Richardson, Dan Miller and JC Chasez to Team USA. Thanks.

Back here was a great song. I happened to see a video of them singing an acoustic version recently and their voices blend so well together, it’s a shame they weren’t bigger!

Watching five at the jingle bell ball on YouTube… do they sing live or not? I really can’t tell. The vocals sound different to the original songs but sometimes I think they sound like they are live and other times I can’t imagine they are (hi Scott baby nowwwwwwwwww)
There were definitely live elements on the tour, almost definitely not all of it though, probably rerecorded "as live" vocals which most choreography heavy pop acts do.
