Finally got my Five tickets! What a stressful experience 😩😂 I don't think I've been this keen for a show since I was a teenager

I'm going to the O2. They must be buzzing to sell out three nights there! I obviously think they're amazing and can't wait to relive my teenage dreams, but I wouldn't have guessed that they'd be so popular this time around. Neither did they, judging by the tentative number of dates and relatively cheap ticket pricing!

Slightly off topic but I just saw a clip of Brian from The Backstreet Boys' son on American Idol and it says he's 22. How is that even possible? I remember him as a curly-haired little kid when I was in my late teens. Now he's 22 yet I'm only 21! It's biologically impossible; he's older than I am.
Is it still 2008?
Am I a time traveller?
Did I get old without noticing?

I need a lie down.

I saw that but it was so obviously staged to me.
He doesn’t look that much like his dad for them to be like “You look so familiar”
Also surprised American Idol is still going. Talk about flogging a dead horse

I thought the same. Very staged. And he doesn't look or sound like Brian. Then again, Brian doesn't look like Brian anymore either (or sound, but I know that's not his fault).

AI should've stopped around the Carrie/Daughtry era. Does anyone actually watch it? I only see occasional clips on social media. I don't even know if it's still shown over here.

Just checked and it’s not on uk tv anymore.

Surprised Ryan Seacrest is still hosting it also

I was listening to a US podcast talk about American Idol and they pretty much said it's gone very pro conservative, just look at rhe judges being all country singers (bar Lionel). Maybe why its no longer really popular overseas
