BIB I agree with you 100% there is no way she will be doing any sketches or using any software. Really unfair to genuine, talented designers.

I felt like the TV show was just a marketing plug for all of their paid projects. Almost like they should be paying Channel 4 for the advertising! Maybe they agreed to shoot it for free to get publicity for their hustles.

I know it's London and that's what 3.6mill gets you, but as a northener the thought of being in a 3.6mill house and being overlooked like that seems insane.

I used to live on a council estate in London and wasn’t overlooked like that, I didn’t even think that would be legal to build windows that close together. There’s so many nicer houses in Barnes for that price.

I finally found it! I do quite like the downstairs but it’s an eye watering amount. I would want no neighbours for that price!
