I think it’s so tacky to get a gifted honeymoon! I’d much rather pay for it to save the embarrassment. 🙈
She loves a freebie! I remember just after lockdown she went and stayed in a small hotel and I thought how appreciative the hotel must have been for the business... then I noticed it was a ‘press stay’. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I don’t understand why she keeps going on about the price of things, trying to make out that she is budget conscious... I think she’s trying to be “relatable” and normal, like one of the people. She’s not - she’s an influencer. So save us the drama about having to pay to get make up done.

She has recently been gifted a boat trip, yeah PR - gifted - whatever! The amount of content she actually produced for that free trip was hardly anything at all.

What she fails to understand is that, she gets things for free that the rest of us have to pay for. So why does she complain every time she has to spend more than £50 on something? All this money talk on her stories is SO out of touch. Not relatable at all. Unless you’re another influencer, then maybe?

Just put a story on asking for gifted wedding makeup, rather than degrading a whole industry and saying their rates are too high! I think it would have been less insulting!
When you didn’t realise you’re entitled opinion would piss people off 😂

At my sister’s wedding my younger sister did my older sister’s make up and I did my own, you don’t actually have to get someone to do your make up? Like if you don’t want to pay it, get someone you know or yourself to do it?

Did anyone see her post this morning about how she loves to re-use stamps that haven’t been franked? She had a right old stash!
She’s deleted the story now... 🤔

I really feel for anyone who followed her for her miscarriage content. Since she announced it I think everything she's posted has been pregnancy related or not but with her bump in the pic.

I’m pretty sure if the ‘gynae’ banned her from having bubbles baths, a Lush bath bomb would be banned too? They have so many chemicals in them. This girl is so full of shit 🤣

Oh. My. Life. She’s at it again, gloating about her wedding day and asking for conversation on what people would change. Reading the fucking room Sandland. There are HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of couples who can’t get married right now. Event suppliers not working yet here she is encouraging people to go for a small wedding. Insensitive and fucking shameful.

Then ads today advertising alcoholic advent calendars raving about them. I’m sure she won’t use them being pregnant but seems an odd think to do a paid promotion on when you aren’t going to try/use it yourself. Anything for the ££ eh

Long time lurker, but wow I'm wound up. I should admit I've done some 'ad' work in the past but it just got tedious and boring and same old bloggers doing same old work and nothing felt authentic and everyone has a new favourite something a week then we never see it again. I found stories today a little condescending, like boo you're poor. I've begged a company for a freebie, they've offered me discount but poor you can't do you that. My partner and I moved into our first home recently and we are struggling even after a few months to have any rooms finished!

I think lockdown was eye opener for me and influencers, those still begging freebies when so many companies were struggling to stay afloat. Rant over.

I never comment but I just can’t with her anymore. Pretending she went travelling alone, breaking lockdown, hiding ‘boy Beth’ and just preaching and being smug all the time, I find her so fake.
I had been looking to buy from a company on Instagram, a dried bunch of flowers, she has been gifted these #prproduct 🙄🙄 I know it’s petty but I don’t want to buy them now, I’m so over influencers and their attitude, especially during this pandemic.
I think it highlighted for me, a massive issue with how companies view a paying customer and how they view an influencer. Back when this company were at the peak of peak of Instagram popularity, I tried to order a bunch for a friend who was terminally unwell. If the website didn’t kick me off when I came to pay, I’d then find they’d sold out. When the next batch came in stock, I managed to order some but waited weeks for them. By which time, my friend had sadly passed away. She never got to see them. I put it down to a very small business being massively busy amidst the pandemic and, given the circumstances, late flowers were the last thing on my mind. Once I thought about them again, I saw on Instagram that many people either couldn’t get them or were waiting up to a month like I did.
To see Beth with her gifted bunch REALLY fucked me off. I bet she didn’t have to wait like everyone else, she didn’t have to pay for them, she didn’t have an actual purpose for them other than to promote them for a business who are now absolutely massive and have made a fortune during the pandemic when many have and are, struggling to stay open - shame on the business rather than Beth on that one as they really didn’t need the exposure being as everyone who’s anyone was talking about them and I’d seen on their Instagram how many packages they were sending in one shipment, they’d have made THOUSANDS on one drop alone. Fair play to them for that part but they sold out to influencers and that rattled me so I’ll never use them again.

I'm afraid there's no sympathy from me! If getting married is *that* important to you, then do it anyway with 15. If not, then wait. Simple!

I see she’s shared a story going against H&M. I understand you can change your opinions on a brand, but I expect to see no more stories telling people to go and buy PJ sets from H&M with a swipe up aff link! Also can’t WAIT to see a post about how H&M offered to work with her but she turned it down..

SO she also has a book club and before the middle of May it was free. You got to join the facebook group, have discussions about the book that was chosen for that month blah blah. I appreciate it's not everyone's cuppa tea, but since lockdown I've definitely been reading more than usual and it was nice to put your thoughts down somewhere sometimes with people who wanted to hear...

Then, Beth introduces this new book club phase where any pre-exisiting members could choose the £0 fee for the next 4 years or whatever, or you could contribute £5 a month or something like that if you had spare monies... I'm presuming most if not all must have chosen the £0 offer as then maybe a couple of days before the official launch where the pre-existing member codes would no longer work, apparently, everyone who clicks £0 had issues with their account (I call bs) and so she made it so that if you wanted to continue to be part of the videos with authors, etc. you had to pay even though it's all currently via zoom anyway and free publicity for the author!! It didn't sit well with me especially when maybe people in the facebook group had been furloughed or lost their jobs due to COVID, etc. I get that she's trying to m ake a business out of it, but to say that pre-exisiting members could have free access as they were 'founding members' to then go back on that word was irritating.

I feel like she's very self righteous, stuck up. I also didn't like the post about miscarriage. I understand that it is great to raise awareness especially having lost a baby myself, but that for me isn't content and neither was it really awareness. If maybe she had posted links to charities or helpline for people who are suffering from loss and maybe are struggling mentally due to it, that would've been a more constructive post to have made. The one person on IG I admire for this is feathering the empty nest. She's so open and honest, always puts out help and guidance, okay one is her charity that she set-up, but it's still going to help people!!

She’s totally oblivious the wedding industry is we’ll documented to be struggling right now. Did she really expect to get a cheap MUA when none of them have made a penny yet this year? Of course prices will be higher than expected for any new clients. Funny though, the influencer industry isn’t struggling but the moment we criticise that, she’s on the defensive. For a woman who is so educated, she really did fuck that one up royally. Shown herself up for being an over privileged little madam who has stamped her feet because an MUA won’t give her a discount.
