I bought Lidl mousse fake tan for £4 and I was quite impressed. It comes in 3x shades - I got the darkest as I am an impatient pale-skinned woman! - I exfoliated, bit of body lotion around the ankles and slapped a generous layer on, then topped up with a second layer either a few hours later or the following day.Disappointing isn’t it especially as it’s not the cheapest
It lasts a week, fades evenly, it's not streaky and doesn't smell. I could even go out with the base colour on (before I showered it off) and it looked ok!
So no complaints from me

I always use latex gloves to put on fake tan, what do other people use? I've never used a fake tan mitt as I think they waste a lot of product and I'd still need latex gloves though stop my hands getting stained
I've only ever used a mitt for applying tan. I don't know how I feel a bout using latex gloves Might try it though!
Might try it though!I use the latex gloves, then buff with a mit. I had it done like that in a salon once and liked the results, so copied!

I had a bottle of that 'so sue me' tan in the drawer and I forgot just how orange it can make you

Thankfully I have nowhere really to be and I doubt my legs will be out much this week as the weather is rit so I can get away with but couldn't believe the colour of me. from memory, it does fade into a nice colour but frig walking around like the inside of a jaffa cake for a few days to get to that point.

It’s back! This is my fave. And it fades so good. Hope it’s there Weds when I go
My favourite tan is Coco Brown Medium-In my personal opinion it suits us pale Irish skinned ladies so well!Iv bad dry patches on my arms and its the only one that doesn’t stick to them! If there flaring up bad I do moistureise right before applying & still get a great colour! For my face I use So Sue Wonder Water(think its watermelon or something-cant tell but I actually rate it considering Im not a fan of hers! Again I literally lather my face in a serum & moisturiser then spray on and blend with a big makeup brush. I always apply moisturiser to knees feet ankles elbows and those jibbly bits between the bits and pits to minimise sticking-mostly works out ok! For removing tan I use Chloe Adairs 3minute remover & It literally melts the tan off -pricey but worth it as I need to remove tan regularly for my work & I have peace of mind knowing it comes off in minutes! Iv tried so many tans on the market it’s scary to think of the cost, Bellamianta Mousse is another favourite but I think its pricey(there tanning gloves are the best tho imo) Bondi Sands pure is nice-cheaper then there mousses etc! Avoid B Perfect I find it hideous there instead tan is like cement 
also ALDIs version of Sally Hansen liquid legs is dreadful too avoid at all costs! Sally Hansen Airbrush legs is always handy to have for a quick blast of colour just the transfer is a pain!!

It’s such a lovely colour, and it has lasted nearly a week wearing off not too bad compared to others I’ve tried. It smells quite nice too. I’m definitely won over.
