I totally agree - I have also lost weight and put it back on and lost it again.... that’s quite common and relatable but to pretend you’ve still lost that amount when you’ve pilled it back on is what I have an issue with. It’s like if you wanted to flaunt a product on the TV - the advertisement agency would be all over it making sure the claims you’re making are true and if they weren’t they wouldn’t make it to air... sadly Instagram don’t have something like that so this beggy bastard gets away with it.... but my point is, he’s trying to portray himself as something he actually isn’t... a 10st looser (he’s still a looser though! ) and something should be done about it.

I lost 6 stone currently gained 4 over 2 years. If I won any award I wouldn't be able to accept it. (Not that I would win ) Cause I'd feel like a fraud until I lost all the weight again. If there's other men in his group they should of won it. If he's the only male then I feel his consultant should of just slipped the award. My old consultant didn't issue awards if no body met the criteria.
From his current selfies you can tell he's gained alot of weight cause his face shape has changed. Not sure how much weight he's gained though

He has but the difference is he's totally open and honest about it , he announces his gains and not just the good weeks when he has a loss
He's probably not to everyone's taste but I find him likeable, he actually replies to comments made on his posts and interacts with people unlike Ben who is just too up himself for my liking

I checked with my consultant and appently the group nominate and vote for the group winner, they are only eligible for regional/national Man of the year if you are at target or at a close range to your target... We know he clearly isn't so obviously if he is nominated to to be entered then it's a fix as he's clearly teachers pet hahaha

There is no time limit from what I can see however exercise is meant to be carried out local to home , i really do question if he's staying local plus exercise is meant to start and finish from home which is another grey area as the other day he cycled to another area to go hiking , now yes he didnt drive but he did travel by bike and again not staying local , hes not massively breaking the rules but at the same time not really sticking to them either


Funny that the award is this week and he's posting more than he has done in months in his groups fb page and he's clicking like on others posts ,ive not seen him do that before, its almost as though he's jogging memories that he's there
