I love Betul. What an absolute superstar she is.
Eddie is rank, he’s definitely the incel type, jenna is embarrassing and just likes attention, and doesn’t actually like either of her ‘options’, daisy and Joao need to stop pissing about and get it on (GET ON WITH IT DAISY, do it for me ), Elle is, as ever, a fucking headcase and Ben is still the same sleazy bastard but without his happy go lucky moments of charm which redeemed him before. I actually sort of hate most of this crew

I agree with nearly all of this, and yes he’s a sleazy bastard but I still am loving Ben and think there are still enough moments of charm coming from him to keep me loving him!

Yea I get it. I do still love him but he’s so much sharper this time, very jaded. Plus the sulking (specifically the tip meeting he was late for!) from a man in his forties just gives me the ick.

If you'd told me at the beginning of the season that Alesia isn't the worst person on there, I wouldn't have believed you.
Then along came Ellie and Jenna.
Eddie is just milking the situation.
Ellie is a an absolute headcase.
Jenna, I mean wtf was that behaviour?

I can't help but like Ben and I don't know why.

Whilst I agree Eddie seems a bit odd, what Jenna did was very mean. It's like Barbie turned up and she wanted to prove she was the big dog that all the guys fawned over. Fair play for Eddie sharing that text from her to Ben.

I don't think she should have been demoted though, this was nothing compared to some seasons.

My interpretation is that Eddy didn't show Ben that text out of friendship, he did it to stake a claim on Jenna.
He showed Ben, knew that Ben then told her he was calling an end to what was going on, then starts texting Jenna to ask for cuddles.
He is a MASSIVE red flag
Ben plays women but is honest about it.
Eddy is scheming and controlling.

I agree. When she dumped him, he was trying to create space between them and stay away from her. Then she would reel him back in again. I think she wanted him to still be flirting with her, even tho she told him it was over.

I used to really like Ben and was excited when we heard he was coming back. But this season I've really not liked him. He acts entitled and thinks he's above everyone because he's a "bravo star".
He's a creep going after such a young girl, even tho she is actively seeking him out too. If he hadn't have encouraged it, I don't think she would be tho. She only likes him because he's older and she think he has money (I have no idea how wealthy he is). If he was a penniless deck hand, she wouldn't look twice. She'd think he was a creepy old man.

I don’t think anyone apart from Betul comes across well in this season. I don’t know why the lechy, sexist behaviour of the men in Below Deck seems to go unchallenged so much. I was genuinely aghast at Gary’s behaviour in the last season of BDSY and how he was allowed to get away with it.

Ben reminds me of one of those creepy holiday reps that still in their mid 40s can't settle down, so just continues acting like a 20 something sleeping around and getting pissed. It is a bit sad really.

I didn’t used to mind Ben but I’ve just been rewatching an old season and he comes across as a bit of a dick even back then. His vocal fry is really annoying too. Deffo agree that a man in his 40s leching after a girl half his age is creepy.

I found when he said to Eddie "I have a weakness..... with girls" to be so pathetic and icky!!
