- hold no respect for your line manager
- threaten leaving
- show unwillingness in your extensive learning needs
…… as long as you introduce your family to the boss

I saw the insta photos and even after seeing Ellie I didnt see it as "her figure" I'm not denying she has a great figure, but it just didnt seem to match up.

Below Deck was so much better when they had actual yachties in the job; now, at least 25% of the cast each series has minimal/no experience and is just brought in because they think “they’d make good TV”. Like that horrendous french woman on one of the other series whose sole task seemed to be to kiss/sleep with as many people as usual.

it was one of the best reality TV shows, because it used to be one of the few that still WAS reality TV. It’s just far too fake and staged now.

I literally ran here when I saw that!! I already believed Ben, was further convinced by that piss poor (and weirdly wooden??) video and the fact Kate has weighed in has just cemented it

Yeah I believe Ben esp with Kate's comment but he really needs to stop dating such young girls (women). They are entranced by his stardom and wit to start with but eventually they will realise he is verging on old.

Oh for sure. He desperately needs to grow up and stop being so shallow. Creepy old man isn’t a good look, Ben, stop before you’re too far down the sleazy path
