I think that’s how she did it before, if you go from eating 3000 to 1200 a day with fat to lose, the weight will drop off. That’s how she got so small before so us the only way she knows how1200 calories is disordered eating - she’s bleeping up her kids relationship with food before they’ve even got a chance at being healthy
Don’t feel bad. Just aim to eat well, balanced and exercise 3-4 times a week. Robbo’s method is NOT sustainable and means she can in theory never enjoy a “naughty” meal (or a naughty meal ends up covering everything from fish and chips to pasta)She makes me feel bad because I find it so difficult to stick to 1200 cals and feel dizzy and sick
