An opportunity has come up for me to be the landlady of a single room student accommodation in a managed property.
I'd be a cash buyer but I'm wondering if it will be worth it? The money is sitting in my ISA doing very little and, having been a student myself, I know how much mischief they can get up to.
The legal pack has not yet been released. Does anyone do this or have experience of it?
