There’s a few landlord forums which might be a good place to start.

Alternatively you could let others do all the hard work and invest in companies like Unite students who do high quality rentals for students.

An opportunity has come up for me to be the landlady of a single room student accommodation in a managed property.

I'd be a cash buyer but I'm wondering if it will be worth it? The money is sitting in my ISA doing very little and, having been a student myself, I know how much mischief they can get up to.

The legal pack has not yet been released. Does anyone do this or have experience of it?
