Yea I run my own kitchen too. It's in my house and occasionally I let my husband chop stuff.
I never comment on this thread but have to laugh at what she said. She must think she's Giles Coren!
Most people have cooked from age 11-12 and sat while their Grandma showed them how to bake cakes on a Saturday afternoon. If she ran a kitchen it was a Wetherspoons one, she is in no way qualified to be a food critic in the slightest. Would love to see her review a Michelin restaurant and try banging on about the flavours with a GoPro on her head in there.

Im sure I remember her saying on a live once that she did a sort of meals on wheels type thing and helped people learn to cook or something. I definitely remember Wetherspoons also coming up somewhere!
