I expect the tattler* that speaks to them will have their back to the camera, and their voice distorted. Camera pans slowly over them, with suitable haunting music playing, to reveal them wearing sackcloth and ashes.

That's what the BBC did the last time. Sali Hughes confronted one of her "trolls" and it turned out to be somone that had only posted 2 times and their motivation was that they were angry at someone IRL who looked like Sali Hughes . So of course that's the exact reason everyone gossips about these public figures.

These docs go to find one person to fit their narative they want to spin, or just invent them.

Mumsnet is so much worse than tattle, yes people are witchy towards influencers and celebs here. But on mumsnet you'll find a new mum looking for advice where the posters will delight in ripping them to shreds.

Me neither. It seems really obvious to me that we share our viewpoints here on the forum. I suppose they just want to put actual names and faces to the usernames.

Exactly nobody from Tattle is going to email them about their experiences/viewpoints so they really are clutching at straws. I really do get the impression that they want to put actual names and faces to the usernames so IMO this whole thing is a massive and scam nothing can convince me otherwise.

This is 100% a trap like others have said on the first page of this thread. Doubt anyone will and hopefully no tattler is that stupid enough to agree to be filmed or even bother to email them. Even if they do, it’ll be biased towards all these influencers literally helping them produce this as usual. Wasn’t it Liv Attwood who did one in the past? The last influencer who can speak on people gossiping about others when she publicly slags people off all the time and was horrendous on love island and towie. Even Grace slags people off constantly but the few of us who have contributed to her very dead thread (1 thread which is about a third of the way through btw) are the ones in the wrong. The hypocrisy is unreal with influencers

It is definitely 100% a trap and why can't FullFatTV screenshot the different discussions for themselves and showcase these for their purposes rather than asking Tattlers to contact them as they don't need actually need Tattlers input at all. I mean all FullFatTV needs to do is go on the website, read what has been said, screenshot some posts and then come up with their own conclusions.

They would make it up/twist it anyway, they have made up their mind what ‘narrative' they want to portray regardless of the truth/reality.

Even though Full large TV have said that all research conversations are strictly confidential and off-the-record I actually don't believe this as IMO I think they would twist the words of what the person has said and say something that they didn't even say in the first place.
