On following page Its_Me dug out the Insta for the clinic's Insta and found a corroborating post confirming a visit by one of their doc's to Dubai at the time claimed by Paul.

Sumosan Twiga is a typical poser restaurant that people only go to for the Insta pics and to say they’ve been - why anyone would order takeaway from there is beyond me that said, the prices aren’t shocking for central London if that’s what you’re used to

The fact he hasn’t come back on here makes me think yes, and the birkin etc was a sorry present kind of thing. But he’s literally crazy so I hope she hasn’t her captions about upgrades and new apartments she’s been posting makes me think she has someone new.

The only thing I’ve gathered is that they were using her for money making her pay for things and borrowing/ruining her handbags. But I feel like something much bigger than that must’ve happened. Perhaps they spilled the tea on her to Paul?
