That's literally any child waking up from a general anaesthetic. Yes it's confronting and it looks like they're in pain but they're often not - they're just emerging from sedation and disorientated. Parents are warned about it and reassured it's normal and expected. But no she is the first "mumma" to ever have a baby so it's completely different and more drastic.
