The rego expired nine days ago, nearly drove to Wagga unregistered, and the villain of the story is apparently the missing rego sticker.

NSW sends emails, texts, renewal notices and has an app. The problem isn't the lack of a sticker on the windscreen, it's not opening the reminders.

Some people juggle full-time jobs, kids and actual responsibilities and still manage to renew their rego once a year.

I recently changed mine on the app for email notifications or something and it was like 6 and 2 weeks before expiry and then like the day before? There is enough notice and you know what I also do, I put a reminder straight into my phone the day I get my pink slip or what ever it is (I'm Victorian and I'm confused my the whole process) so that the following year I don't forget and it's done early so I don't have to worry.
