Sophie Allen has to be one of the most insufferable people on Instagram. The fact your lanky large nosed boyfriend has his kid only two days per fortnight is a huge red flag Sophie. Part time loser dads are the worst.
She is the last person who should be coaching anyone with her distorted views around eating and excercise.

I agree. I take bragging about what an awesome amazing father your partner is with a grain of salt when I hear he only sees his kid 2 days/per fortnight

Easy and ‘fun’ to be a great father for a little bit when you’re having lots of sleep and living a child-free life 12/14 days.

Yes me too! Her best friend is just amazing.
I admire her for sharing but I feel like if it was really just to help people as she says, she would have done it without releasing a book about it? All roads lead to the $$$$$

And can we all bear in mind that Creepy Lloyd is a gaslighting piece of tit.
We all know one, and most us have been gaslit or have watched a friend be gaslit, and it’s not that easy to just leave. That’s what these men do!
I do get second hand embarrassment from Sam sharing it all over social media, but I have pretty deep empathy for her at the moment.

I’d love to know what’s happening with Sheridan fisher being seperated from her kids for months now. She says it’s from false allegations but id say there has to be some pretty strong evidence for a court to keep kids from their mother without even supervised visits for that long. She seems super unhinged on IG

The girls Dad is very much present and involved. But she definitely needs to run once and for all, he is never going to change. His type never do.

IMO the timing of Jackie O talking about her addiction is too suss. It's clearly to promote her book. If she genuinely wanted to help people with her story she could have told it before now.

I agree it is to promote her book — this is a fact - but I guess why write the book at all? Not like she needs the money and she can leave parts of it out anyway and now potentially changes her reputation. Breakfast radio requires being very open and sharing about your life so people will think they know her well but now it turns out she has been hiding a lot so people might wonder what else she has been hiding. Which is her right to do but she makes money off being so open and transparent. I actually wonder if she has exaggerated aspects of it because that really is an insane way to live and still be functioning let alone alive. But good for her for making a genuine change in her life, it’s evident that she has prioritised her health and also genuinely done the work.
