I agree it is to promote her book — this is a fact - but I guess why write the book at all? Not like she needs the money and she can leave parts of it out anyway and now potentially changes her reputation. Breakfast radio requires being very open and sharing about your life so people will think they know her well but now it turns out she has been hiding a lot so people might wonder what else she has been hiding. Which is her right to do but she makes money off being so open and transparent. I actually wonder if she has exaggerated aspects of it because that really is an insane way to live and still be functioning let alone alive. But good for her for making a genuine change in her life, it’s evident that she has prioritised her health and also genuinely done the work.

her manager and bestie Gemma was against the idea of revealing her “secrets” but she said she needed too as it was weighing her down.
There’s definitely a market for it as the book hit #1 in presales when it was announced. Before her revealing one of her secrets. No doubt it’ll boost sales now.
