People who have their parents to fall back on money wise are so unbelievably lucky. I’m probably very bitter but it’s the opposite for me, I’m the one having to lend my parents money. I am jealous of anyone that can call mum and dad to bail them out or to help them buy a house. It’s made me an insane saver though and very money savvy.

With the caveat that I’m no fan of Georgia, I had a look through Susan’s very open Facebook page and it’s pretty obvious why his daughters hate her. View attachment 2391966 They got together less than a year after his wife, their mother, died, and Susan is all over social media describing the two of them as reunited first loves.

Again, I think Georgia is a racist and a pain - but I also wouldn’t have anything to do with my dad’s second wife in this scenario

Very difficult situation, maybe their Mum encouraged him to find love again, maybe they were each others first love. But if you’ve lost your Mum would you really push your Dad away too? Agreed the step Mum’s FB is very open and lots of photos with I presume her Grandkids and their Dad which is interesting given neither sister has had kids and Georgia’s comment in the article .

My Mum gave my Dad a timeline of six months to grieve and then told him to get on the apps. She knew about the apps because she’d been using my identity to catfish me a husband (I did not want a husband).
It’s definitely not an easy thing to endure; watching your Dad move on without your Mum. Ultimately my Mum would want my Dad to be happy and he is; with literally the first woman he went on a date with.
EDIT: Just gonna add that GL’s Step Mum seems like an absolute cnut though. Bagging her partner’s kids and the hashtags. Gross. My Dad is a bit cringe with his new partner, but they’re both respectful to my Mum’s memory.

I followed her back when she just had 1 and have dipped in and out of her since. Truly I don't understand why anyone has more than 2 kids, maybe 3, these days. Maybe I'm being judgey but it's so fucking hard managing all the kid commitments, schooling commitments, the cost, and the need for a huge car and house with many bedrooms.

I always saw myself having 3 kids but it didn't work out and I only have 2. I find it hard enough managing all their after school activities and I always feel like neither of them get enough of my attention. And loading them into carseats every day was a fucking nightmare. I truly cannot imagine doing that with 3,4,5 kids like some people do.

Not to mention her 'HG' and general mopey anxiety complaining approach to parenting. Why add more kids to the mix?

I'd love to know what her husband thinks? And what his family/friends think of his much younger wife pumping out babies. It has Hilaria Baldwin vibes

Starvation has absolutely rotted her brain and caused all kinds of paranoid delusions. I looked a little bit like this when I was hospitalised for Eating Disorders many moons ago and I had starved myself to the point that I thought calories could get into my body by smelling food and that body butter would deposit fat in me via my epidermis.

I’m all well now, but this woman needs a grippy sock and food tube holiday (coupled with extensive therapy) to treat her glaringly obvious eating disorder and rewire her illogical thinking.
