it's a fetish. she's either gearing up for more OF content or already doing it more privately on the side. All of this is an act, unfortunately it seems like ASMR was just another way for her to get attention/subs/monetise content at the time, followed by OF, now this. Similar to itsblitzzz and her chasing various trends to try and 'make it' as an influencer.

Of course she is selling Avon. I have noticed a pattern of self diagnosis in ASMRtists. I follow some of them on twitter and noticed that after Gibi said she was diagnosed with ADHD, a lot of people all of the sudden also had ADHD. It seems to me like being neurodivergent is trendy in ASMR. I think it would do Laura a lot of good to get off the internet and try working a job where you have to leave the house. It wouldn't surprise me if her audience was enabling a lot of her childish behaviors as well. She has a habit of pity baiting and I don't think she would keep it up if she wasn't getting something from it.
My favourite ASMR trigger is hair brushing but my biggest pet peeve is when creators drag their hands over the bristles of the brush for ages before starting. Just brush the hair ffs!!!
Maybe complaining makes her happy! Some people are like that.She really is - I love her asmr role plays but unsubscribed from her other channel as all she used to do was moan and be negative. She would do unboxing videos of glossy boxes and complain about every single product, why she kept ordering them I’ll never know
I just saw the most recent complaining post on her community page. To me, it feels like she's trying to put herself in a victim position to her followers which is cringe. I can see that her views are down and I am sure that is frustrating but the people who are looking at her community page are the people who are still there and supporting her. There must be a lot of emotional whiplash for her followers. 
The complaining and also it looks like a lot of her video thumbnails really look the same are probably both why her views are down.

I wonder if doing social media as a job for a very long time stunts your ability to have an actual job. Maybe that part of you stops developing and you lose those skills. Laura has also always been very childish so it’s likely she never got the chance to learn that kind of grit. My guess about Nathan is he doesn’t think he has other options. Or maybe he doesn’t even realize.
