Aquarius need to give their girls a serious self awareness workshop. All of their girls constantly post such out of touch things and trivial worries none of us care about. Influencers are supposed to be relatable so they can sell us stuff. These girls are losing it
If they don’t stop making themselves so far out of touch with their followers, nobody will be influenced to buy anything through them anymore

I definitely don't know any people who are influenced as easily anymore. I can remember years ago when it was at it's peak and they were relatable me and my pals would buy anything they were flogging
well from the most popular anyway like Jamie G and all the MUA's. I think now it's all the wee insta accounts who want to be influencers copying them. It must be, surely! Only time I'm interested is if they're flogging something I've been thinking about getting for a while. And it's defo never clothes because their dress senses are bleeping wild. Apart from Abbie, for me I think she always looks great. The rest look like they've let a toddler pick their outfits

Just discovered this thread, so happy someone finally made one I watched Amy’s vlogs on YouTube for ages, she must have done it for a good 2 years, if you go back and watch a lot of them you’ll discover more about her, her family are wealthy, to answer someone else’s question, she got called Moo in school just cause her surname is Moore, nothing more to it, you see her friendship with Kirsten in the vlogs though and they done an Aquarius YouTube Channel as well, amy used to be more natural looking, pre lip filler days, and a lot more down to earth and likeable when she worked in Quiz, I also don’t get the whole Aquarius company and how much money they can possibly make from it!?
Someone else mentioned Laura Gilmour? She’s prob better off away from the rest of them, she seems so nice and a lot more humble, they did used to be pals, not sure if they’ve fallen out

Both Laura and Amy come from a lottttt of money. Their dads are really successful businessmen. So I guess maybe they prop up these businesses they have going on with investments etc? And they would probably also know business people across Scotland who would invest / give them funding. Maybe that’s how they do it?
aquarius will not last. with the way instagram is going all the girls careers are dying a death. the only one to maybe have a bit of a decent run from it will be that lyds butler because she’s managed to get into plt modelling but other than that i don’t see how posting crocs and t shirts is going to pay their bills for any longer than a couple of years.
I saw something on TikTok that apparently people are moving away from enjoying influencers that solely influence, they like to see people with ‘real jobs’. Doesn’t have to be a 9-5 but for example maybe consulting at a brand, doing part time digital marketing etc, not just taking pics all day every day and telling us how busy and exhausted they are.
I think during lockdown influencers grew a massive following but it’s definitely a trend that is dying off.
Especially Glasgow “fashion” influencers .. think they’re only influencing each other. Monique is a bit different, she’s classy and has her own style. The rest are a bit chaotic and come across as childish.
