Mine used to do this too! It would also think I was asleep having a nice little nap when I was actually sat at work typing away at my desk (I'd have preferred the nap)I find the fitbit or mine at least is really bad at tracking my sleep
A lot of the time mine says I've slept certain times when I know for a fact I haven't
I had this experience too, but in the end switched to an apple watch because no matter how great their customer service sending a new one was, I was on my fourth charge 2 then my third charge 3 all for random faults and it was annoying having to be without it for a week in the cases where it totally died while the replacement came.Have you been in touch with them? I’ve had so many (free) replacements over the years.
I think I’m on my third ionic where things have gone wrong - I just message them on Twitter they look to see when I set it up and cos it’s always been in warranty of 2 years they’ve sent me a new one. I didn’t even have proof of purchase as it was a Christmas present and told them this.
So I don’t think their hardware is great but their customer service has always been excellent.
I’m having this issue now ! saying went to bed at 8.30Mine used to do this too! It would also think I was asleep having a nice little nap when I was actually sat at work typing away at my desk (I'd have preferred the nap)![]()
Unfortunately not! It used to really wind me up as I actually quite like being able to look at my sleep and see how much I got / when I woke up during the night etc. I know you can manually tweak the sleep log yourself but it'd be easier if it just worked like it is meant to.I’m having this issue now ! saying went to bed at 8.30did you ever resolve it ?
have you ever had anything like that before? I would recommend having a look on Argos as they do a cheaper version of fit bits (they're called NUbands or something like that). They're not the best and sometimes they break after a year or so but it's handy if you don't want it to do a lot or you don't know if it's something you're going to stick to. I always recommend them to parents buying fitbits for their school aged children, as they do the job and it's a good starter if you don't want to spend loads of money.I only want it to track my steps, heart rate and sleep cycles really. I’m a staff nurse so won’t be able to wear it at work. Hoping I can keep it in my pocket to still count the steps?

Not sure it'll work in your pocket though. Can you keep your phone on you in the day? Maybe get an app to count your steps on that?
