She's not a psychologist though! She's a psychotherapist which is far less qualified and much easier to qualify/work as.

Therein lies some of the receipt. She's a psychotherapist, which is very different and less skilled than a clinical psychologist. I think she's said she did psychotherapy as her second degree when she was foundering looking for a career. We shouldn't conflate the 2. Psychologists are far more trained and qualified and work now holistically. She's happy for followers to refer to her as a psychologist though and never corrects them.

But lots of other people do conflate the 2 and seen to think she's a psychologist. When she's not but it does suit her for them to think she is. So many smoke and mirrors, but it's starting to come to light when it emerged she had a full time nanny.

She screams privilege but that doesn't get her followers or praise. So instead she very carefully and stealthily creates scenarios of stress and chaos (messy kitchen, unmade bed, teary selfie, kids being annoying, struggling on alone during the week). This then allows her to preach to us about all the feels and write her lengthy captions about anxiety, depression, worry, motherhood, pnd and any other ailment commonly associated with motherhood. I've seen this tactic a lot and was able to recognise it from the start but so many doesn't and now she's applying emotional pressure on her followers to buy her book. I'm the early days it was the overpriced cards. She's a complete charlatan.

It's the fake, contrived creation of real life scenarios mums face that is the most disingenuous... do you worry about being a mum? Fed up of the kids? Need a good cry? Feeling anxious? Struggling with juggling? All thesequestions make her seem relatable, but sadly for her the facade is dropping now. We are in a pandemic and have zero interest in lining your already very filled pockets anna.

The reality is she a wealthy, white rich woman who wants to make money from a vulnerable and already massively exploited demographic.
Abso-bloomin-lutely 🙌🙌

Another example of Anna passive moaning at her husband instead of being grateful that they both have jobs during this pandemic when many parents have lost jobs and struggling for money

And another example.. btw Anna who is looking after the kids when you are both working so much today? Queue a long caption of how Anna juggled motherhood with a dirty room today which gave her anxiety but she didn't let it get to her. Normally the old Anna would have tidied the room but today Anna decided not to... She reeks of privilege so much. It's all a facade to make money

You are a therapist so just get on with your job.. what's with all the unnecessary long emotional captions??

Jesus since you pointed out the passive aggression I notice it so much with her! Not an attractive quality.

I bet the live in nanny got that 'mess' ready for her to be photographed in. Nice one Anna, queen of contrived situations. Of course she is a gender stereotyper, saleswomen like her know their target is mums with young kids, the more vulnerable and alone the better. She'd never target men because that wouldn't fit her narrative of struggling mum. That book ain't gonna sell itself.

Completely agree with you! Her living room is always clean and looks lovely! Never seen her living room to be messy in her stories.

It's so unfair on stay at home dad's or part time dad's who look after their kids. It's 2020 and both parents look after their kids and stay at home with them. Heck some kids have 2 dad's and their dads are lovely and provide all emotional support to their children. You don't need to be a woman to be devoid of emotion. Men can be exhausted emotionally too and may need space especially if they are working in a professional setting all day.

Not sure I can buy into 'but what about the menzzz?' narrative as a stick to beat Anna with. Not every female experience has to be checked and balanced against a male counterpoint. If some dad-gram shiller wants to flog tat to stay at home dads, the niche is wide open for him to crack on.

But we all know that stay at home dads wouldn't fall victim to this sort of tit. And we all know why.

I can’t stand mothers who clearly are wealthy enough not to have to work lecturing us in being better parents.

I’m pretty such she has a cleaner etc. It’s very easy for her to spend hours coming up with airy fairy posts about mental health
She does have a cleaner, she’s mentioned it before. Also she has a house that cost nearly 900k!!

Those mums are the ones that fall through the net and need the help though.. but as basicbasic said, its also then exploiting them 🙃🤦🏻‍♀️ maternal mental health is a field that gets duck all real attention, its how I slipped through the net and had to beg and beg for help 🙄

And those who cant get help on the nhs 😔 Ive never felt she was relatable to me (she is afterall, a wealthy middle class white woman. Im a working class plastic paddy lol), but i definitely resonated with things she said around PND and having another child (what I went through). I couldnt get help anywhere for all my begging, so these people offer that hope.. and whilst I wouldnt pay her for it, others more desperate would. Which is abit icky really when I think about it
there are much better, more real accounts out there that raise awareness for maternal mental health. Like the ones that actually speak from the heart, don’t try to sell you something, no ads and have more lived experience. The ones that genuinely want to help people out of the goodness of their heart, not because they are making a living off exploiting vulnerable people.
A lot of her posts are just the same message, over and over again. Recycled or just dressed up with different words. It’s boring and you know it’s all bull tit now because all the instahuns are no longer to relatable to most of their sheep.

I didn't know she had a cleaner. What's with the messy clothes everywhere these days? I know cleaners only clean mostly but some also do laundry/ironing etc

I’m from North Lincolnshire and 900k would buy a mansion here. How do people afford that kind of money 🥴
It buys you a 4 bed detached, all be it a nice one but nothing grand.

Frankly it’s tough, we moved 20 miles Away from our home towns and are just on the cusp of Surrey (we’re the last road) as we just couldn’t afford to buy and it’s quite a bit cheaper out this way.

A lot of people either have great jobs in London or inherited money. Most people I went to school with, I’m 30, now own houses in Surrey with the help of mum and dad (me included).
