The woman wasn’t insulting Anna’s choice of bag (I agree it is hideous), she was pointing out why would anyone want to be dressed like every other person at Soho Farmhouse.
I've tried to report but it doesn't let meOnce again I have reported her to Instagram as surely her last story is threatening behaviour. Whenever she receives criticism she publicly exposes them and now threatens to find their employer and contact them

By the way she's talking it sounds like another round of ivf has failed ( possible egg harvest but no viable eggs/ embryos?) and maybe motherhood is even more of a unachievable goal ...which must be galling when she can obviously afford so much
I clicked on the three dots in the top right hand corner of the story where she says about contacting the persons employer. I clicked on hate speech. I hadn't realised it was what she had said about the 'Soho House Starter Kit'. But I agree with everything you've said. I still think the lady was rude, but I wouldn't class her as a troll. And as usual, Anna's reaction is totally OTT. In fact, it's bordering on psychotic to stalk someone down and snitch on them to their boss. I suspect even if she had expressed herself in a more polite way Anna would have flown straight off the handle at anyone daring to disagree with her.
I wonder if her husband told her that it is in fact, she, who is being a fool on the internet!
100% - she needs to take personal responsibility to protect herself if she’s not feeling up for it or come off social media for a few days if needed. The house account is lazy at best and fraudulent at worst, I’m not sure that any of it is her actual house, yet she’s not clear about that and not great at giving photo credits.
The awful childrens bracelets she sells to adults (!!), the fact that she was too lazy to caption until captions came out, not to mention the dramatics about the dog - her husband came back from a tour he was on to support her recently….not to mention this new trend of naming and shaming her supposed trolls. Someone doesn’t like your bag and you email their boss, that is not normal!!
I will say that she’s clearly having a difficult time on her fertility journey and I have every sympathy for that, but still find her stance of ‘I’m having a tit time! DON’T YOU DARE ASK ME ABOUT IT THOUGH, be really nice to me and engage engage engage. NOT ABOUT THAT THOUGH, just AFF links, NOT THE OTHER THING, oh oops I forgot to mark AD, silly me, these fertility drugs, honestly. NO, DONT WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT!!!!! I’ve just had a quick look and out of 76 posts only 7 are of her house!! That makes less than 10% your house Anna. Somehow I think she’s buying followers cos they certainly aren’t there to look at her amazing renovation skills!!
