This time around it was just a PowerPoint presentation with audio recording. She didn't even film herself. The effort she puts into these pitches decreases every single time. The silver lining is that the returns are probably decreasing too.

- getting a good nights sleep, how many hours, how good is the quality
- poor sleep quality = poor quality morning routine

2. get a traditional alarm (only one alarm)
- leave your phone across the room so when the alarm goes off you have to get up to turn it off
- have a strong "WHY" for when you wake uo
- why do you want to wakeup at that time, use it to motivate yourself to wakeuo
3. every morning you should do LOA practices
- affirmation
- gratitude
- (this is my point, this isnt a LOA thing but setting your intentions and keeping your mind focused on the goal)
- start doing your bed right in the morning
4. Think strategically - scene change and audio also changes
- option 1; get straight out of bed and take a shower, only for those who have strong discipline
- option 2; do exercise first thing in the morning, for those who do not have a strong will power
- when you wakeup your will power is the strongest, so it's best to train in the morning
5. take some time for reflection
- meditation
- do some journaling (love how she uses a video of her fake reading)
- connect with a loved one (no video of joseph unfortunately)
- forces you to reflect on your thoughts

6. do your worst work in the morning
- because we have the strongest willpower and do not have decision fatigue
- like answering difficult emails and writing those difficult reports (LOL yeah sure you do that anna)

7. write a to-do list
- must write it the night before
- prepare your next day's to-do list and put it in an obvious place so when you wake up you are set on the map for success
overall good tips, poor audio quality, atleast now shes showing videos of her doing the actions instead of other people (showed a video of her reading instead of using a video of someone else reading). I've noticed she has very poor eye contact in this video, usually she is giving you a sort of death glare the entire time, but in this video she looks barely anywhere but the camera. Strange
Also found it strange how she said gwenith Paltrow and Nina dobrev are sponsored by lilysilk. It’s like saying “look at me!! I’m important now! I’m getting the same sponsors as these celebrities!!”
