He’s the Jimmy saville of this era. Big personality and hiding in plain sight.
Jimmy saville at least pretended to have a good side with his charity work (ugh, I feel sick even typing that, feels like I'm defending him/seeing the "good" in him. I know that was his manipulation technique).
But there is nothing likeable about the Tates. They don't even say particularly favourable or uplifting things about men. The only people they care about is themselves, how does that draw you to a person?
'He hit me and it felt like a kiss'
I think s&m is the wrong word. I don't know what you would call it... but some girls love jealousy and power in men. Absolutely love it and it makes them feel special and wanted that the person doesn't want them to go speak to other men or go out without them knowing they are safe. I don't think we should tell women just because you don't personally feel that way that this is wrong. And vice versa I'm sure there are some men that enjoy this too.
Is there a term for this? Because that is what is going on here more so than s&m, its very consensual and very wanted from both parties.
And with the only fans thing, what hot girl isn't doing this nowadays, if they give him some profit for them to be able to work somewhere and help talking to guys then I don't see the issue with that. 'Loverboy technique 'which again I'm sure they do actually enjoy being around a lot of these girls aswell as the work side, they are gorgeous, it's their choice to stay there and the Tates social media hardly hides the fact they are not going to be the only ones in their life, is that worse then the technique go work 10 hour shifts otherwise you cant pay your bills at the end of the month society has. I'm sure these girls can pay their bills just fine and have more free time than you or I.
Then why don't we hear from these women themselves? If it's so consensual and beneficial to the women, then why does Andrew spend his time coaching
men on how to get women into this line of work? If it's so consensual, why doesn't Andrew open his discussions up to women and allow them to engage with him?
If it's equally beneficial to the men and women involved, why do we rarely hear from the women?
Anyway, it's nothing new for victims of sexual assault to try and regain power by convincing themselves or others that they somehow agreed to what happened to them. Sometimes it's easier than admitting that you didn't have full control over what happened to your own body.
I'm not saying it's impossible for women who do sex work have full control, but when there's a clear power imbalance we should approach with skepticism.
