He will definitely be released under investigation. The police will have loads of digital forensics to go through and that can take months .... In the mean time he can SWEAT

That would be a diplomatic nightmare for Charles. I hope they will have him monitored 24/7 and guards around the premises so he'll be in effect in an open prison while home.
What staff? No-one is apparently willing to work for him. He's moving into a 5-bedroom house with probably no quarters for staff. I bet Charles has had most of the antiques taken away for "safekeeping" and most would not fit in his house. Even at Wood Farm I doubt he has people pampering him. His living standards have been lowered considerably since his move.
