I dont think the system let her down. She has had chance after chance and she still ducks it up. Even her daughter couldn't level her out. People have bent over backwards for her and all she does is ducks them over. Then she got with a murderer and made fun of his victim. I used to feel sorry but she rips the a out of everything and everyone. She's never been made to take accountability. Yes she goes to jail but once she's out they hit her with clothes and accommodation, plus her benefit money. She's actually all there and a bit more.
