Those shutters alone in her new house would cost a fortune. Would love to know where she’s getting all the money from and as far as I’m aware her current house hasn’t sold yet so she can’t be using any equity from that.

Self build mortgages work a bit differently so they could easily have just got a pretty big one and saved on essentials to fund the detailed/fun stuff without touching their current house and equity.

Whilst she is a lovely positive account she is not short of money!

She certainly seems to have a lovely life style. All the shopping trips to London, flying from NI, holidays and so on. I get the feeling it might be her side of family that are wealthy?
