Sorry for the link, it's probably Chinese spying but still if Aliens arrive I think that would top off the 2020 crappy decade. In no way are humanity ready for this, we are still hoarding toilet paper and fighting over bits of land What would you do/think if Aliens make contact ?

I’m not sure what I would do but all this alien talk has got me thinking about the movie Signs and this scene, it freaked me out so much when I first saw it lol! imagine if they are already here and are lurking about somewhere?

Am definitely a believer that there's life out there, there's just no way in the entire universe that we are the only life form, even if earth was a 1 in a billion chance then that's still leaving millions of planets with life out there, however I don't believe we have anything in our own galaxy, I think by now we may have had some form of contact be it from the telescopes, or shuttles we send up so I think as far as our galaxy goes we are alone

I also don't think aliens have ever visited, they would need to have technology that we haven't even thought about, they would need to be able to travel at light speed or faster an the such an if they were at that stage of technology then I'd imagine we would be worthless to them it would be like us visiting a planet with Neanderthals on it

I also doubt they would be visiting us in balloons plus being stupid enough to be seen let alone be shot down

I have also gone down a rabbit hole, and people DEEP DEEP in the government have said they exist on their death bed.

I think it's very unlikely that a species that has mastered intergalactic travel is floating around on some spacecraft that can be shot down with ease by the US military. Presumably they'd have to be thousands of years ahead of us in terms of technology to even reach us. If we do ever get invaded by aliens I reckon there'll be bugger all anyone on earth can do about it!

I quite like the theory that aliens are just advanced humans thousands of years in the future timing travelling. I do love a good alien conspiracy though so even though we’ll probably all get eaten, aliens visiting would be exciting I do believe in the roswell incident and the Area 51 rumours, not sure what’s going on at the moment though, best slip away quietly with my tin foil hat….

I believe too. I watched Top Secret UFO Projects on Netflix, I really enjoy hearing stories from people who say they have seen UFOs. My partner laughs at me though as I get quite into it

Billions upon billions of stars with countless planets coursing round them. There's got to be something sentient out there. Have they been here?
Possibly similar to 'us' in that they're out there but can't travel the distance.
It could perhaps be that some visitations are 'us' from the future, when we've mastered time travel.
Still, I think we'll have probably trashed this planet before we've had the time to evolve that much.

Fascinating, all the same. I do think some 'alien' encounters might be sleep paralysis episodes. Very real to the person experiencing it but not as it seems.

And then we have the hoaxers, in the vein of, 'They collect me of a Saturday afternoon and take me to the moon for a disco!' or 'One shows up in my bedroom every month and makes passionate love to me!'...always good for a laugh.

There was one story quite famous in America where this couple were abducted by a UFO. Their story always stayed the same if someone was chatting tit surely they would slip up eventually?
