I've seen this girl pop up quite a bit on the r/gymsnark subreddit so thought I'd make a tattle thread too. You can read previous posts by searching her handle on there.
Fitness influencer, currently with 97k followers on Instagram and 84k on tiktok. She has also recently started selling glute guides. A summary so far:
Appearance
The main feature of her page is showing her body, specifically her ass. Snark threads have called her out on being fake and editing photos and videos, wearing butt pads and/or butt shapewear, and using angles and dark lighting in videos. Some have said she has a BBL which she denies, however the main consensus is the above. She also does not show her face in her content, apparently due to her job not allowing her to be on social media. She has mentioned being an accountant and also changing job multiple times. She also appears to facetune what little she does show of her face. Occasionally there are glimpses of her in others' stories (below). She recycles the same 'before' progress photos claiming she was under/overweight.
Advice
She has recently started selling 'glute guides' for people to follow her methods, although she does not appear qualified to give out nutrition or fitness advice. She regularly talks about what seem to be extreme approaches to training (e.g. training when fatigued/injured, multiple or long intense sessions, getting panic attacks from supplements etc.) A couple of reddit users have mentioned seeing her at their gyms and report that she doesn't look like her photos, doesn't train well and spends most of the time on her phone or taking photos. Others have also commented on her poor form, lack of depth in some exercises and editing/chopping her videos so they don't show full reps.
Audience
She claims her content 'isn’t for men' and is only to help girls. However the majority of her following appear to be thirsty men and her content is catered to the male gaze. She also regularly shames those on onlyfans by saying she would never do it as she respects herself too much. She claims that this page is her first time on social media and she wasn't expecting to blow up, although this is unlikely to be the case.
Attention seeking
Reddit and insta users have recently commented on her attention seeking, exaggerating, compulsive lying and 'pick me' behaviour. She often posts stories about events such as stalking or other dangerous incidents at the gyms, claiming London is unsafe and she's nearly been k'lled multiple times, claiming to have no UK friends because they all 'snake' her, male attention, being able to lift more than everyone at her gym, etc. People have pointed out the the stories all seem fake or exaggerated and that she is always centre of attention of them.
Most recent roasts
She recently posted a story of a man offering to spot her when squatting and doing so "dangerously". She then says he had the audacity to ask for her number afterwards, however she lectured him on safety and posted a video of it. People pointed out that there was no need to shame a stranger and that the method of spotting could be communicated beforehand. The man was easily able to lift the weight from her, and her loose hair is more of a safety issue. There is also the question of why she needed a spotter as she could have declined/used the safety bars. This has now been picked up by two major accounts however she has doubled down on the story claiming it was a "joke between friends" and was posted with permission from the man featured, and that he insisted on spotting her to talk to her and get her number. She then said she going on a social media break due to the toxicity, but has returned because she "doesn't care". Shortly after this incident, she posted another incident of an altercation in her gym over a man filming her, and her terminating her contract again.
