well she is definitely on the individual insolvency register
She's lied about her circumstances on Tik Tok then because with an IVA you have to be able to afford to pay back at least £100 per month, what single mum on UC could afford that, even living at home and not paying rent it'd be a struggle - basic UC for 1 adult and 1 child is about £640pcm. It'd be impossible when you look at how much she's been able to spend and save in preparation for moving in to her new home. She had shed loads of furnishings and she was able to pay £1500 for new flooring throughout.

Must admit I don't know much about insolvency, but her name comes up on the individual insolvency register. Her IVA began in Jan 23. Wondering if we should email the insolvency agent to let them know about her windfalls..

And now paying over £4k for her garden.

I was a council tax officer many years ago so have some debt recovery training. If her circumstances are as she states on Tik Tok, she'd have been offered a DRO, a DRO is free and an IVA costs upwards of 5k. The upper limit of debt for a DRO is currently 50k and she states her debts added up to 20k. With a DRO you don't have to pay anything towards your debt because your income is so low. With an IVA you have to prove that your income barely covers your expenditure but there isn't a limit so effectively you could be earning 50k and have high outgoings but you also have to be able to pay at least something towards your debts, at least £100pcm. It just seems very strange to me that a struggling single mum, on UC, with 20k in debt would choose to add 5k to that for an IVA when she wouldn't be able to afford the most basic payment. With either an IVA or a DRO, if your financial circumstances change, you should inform the agent and you should have a review.

Sorry for the essay!

Can’t get over the judgey potty training posts when she has yet to potty train a child 😂😂

If your child isn’t ready you’re not going to be able to force it imo especially if you get one of those really stubborn toddlers who is demand avoidant….im not talking about my 2nd child I swear 🌚🥲

Bought his first potty at 16 months….finally out of nappies the last month at the grand age of 3 🤨😂

Of course the natural discussion about potty training was a way to lead into another ad. I’m sure when the time comes she will be right on that potty training high horse, saying how easy it was and other parents (who probably work full time out of the home) are just lazy.

We had a nightmare with our son! We tried from 2 and he wasn’t dry during the day until he was almost 4, and he wasn’t dry overnight until he was over 6, and that was with the use of medication too and trust me it was not for lack of trying! (He was diagnosed with ADHD and autism at 10, which could have been a factor in the late daytime training, the delayed night time is apparently common in premature babies and he was 9 weeks early).

£60 to dissolve. There’s your issue straight away. She went to cheap joint to get it done.

Bloody pay yourself and learn from your mistake.
£300 to get mine dissolved 🫠 and that wasn’t because they were botched I just didn’t like the shape and wanted to start again 😂

To be devil’s advocate, could she mean that she isn’t giving the woman who did it wrong more money to fix it, because she should do it without cost given it’s her who’s bodged it?

Def sounds like she’s used a dodgy cheap place mind if that’s their policies. I can’t imagine a decent place charging to repair their own error.

I genuinely had no issues with her until the potty training post. As a mum I tend not to judge other parents. I was mainly annoyed by her saying that it's only acceptable if they have additional needs. Without her realising that a whole bunch of children aren't actually diagnosed with anything until they are in school. So these statistics and her judgemental attitude are actually including hundreds of children who can't/won't potty train for a reason and have absolutely nothing to do with a parents "laziness". Also not to mention that parents who try to force their kids to use a potty can actually have it backfire on them.
Anyway, it just really annoyed me because it's one thing to ask advice, it's another to purposefully try to make other people feel like tit.

What a judgey jumped up little bleep she is!
Imagine trying to call other parents lazy when she’s the one who needs childcare for her 45 minute a day job! 🤦🏻‍♀️
Who was watching her kid day in day out while she was fannying about and doing up her clown house for months? Seems like Alex is the lazy parent who uses any excuse to dump her kid on others.
I hope her son empties his new gifted potty on her head.
She is such an unlikeable little witch and she really needs to change her attitude.
I wish I knew who her neighbours were so we could invite them to this thread so they could have a rant about what a nightmare neighbour she is 🤣

I’m sure she’s just goading tattlers now with her latest story. Isn’t brave enough to look after/take her one year old out alone at the weekend when it’s busy, yet she was calling other parents lazy? This entitled little madam really hasn’t got a bleeping clue and leads a very sheltered life. I feel sorry for her son he will grow up not having a clue how the real world works and expecting everything to be handed to him on a plate.

She is definitely just goading us on her Instagram now. I doubt she’s had loads of messages asking where every item in her bedroom is from. I done a very quick calculation in my head of the main furniture items in her room and it was around £1500 and that’s not including all her bits of tat. She’s just bragging now.
I don’t know who she thinks her target audience is, she’s making her page all about being a young single mum doing up her council house, but most young single mums getting their first council house will be moving in with F all and can’t afford to spend thousands right away on new furniture, or fill their fridges with a £100 shop every week (I doubt her food even went bad, just another excuse to brag and make content!) so she definitely isn’t relatable to them. Nobody is looking at her page for inspiration for their home because her house looks tit! She’s boring as duck so nobody is watching for her great personality. I can’t wait until the ads dry up and she’s back on UC.

Oh and look here comes nan to the rescue to take them out for the day, suddenly not so scary or too busy for her to go out now that she won’t have to actually run around after her child and she has someone to do it for her! She's an absolute gobshite!!

I can't understand how she was struggling so much she got a council house, but a few months later casually drops 4k on a garden renovation!

She's lied about her circumstances, either to us or to her local council. The housing department won't have an awful lot of powers to check she's been truthful so it's conceivable that she's misrepresented her financial situation to them in order for them to find suitable housing for her. It's also conceivable that she's lying to us and it's not a council house

I’m convinced it’s not a council house, but she’s using that spin as ‘flex’ to make people feel she is relatable. Where are her parents? Has she ever said why it’s just Nan? I wouldn’t put it past her as being a compulsive liar tbh.

She’s back to her neighbour bashing posts again.
So only a few weeks ago she was shitting on her neighbours for allegedly having a camera/ baby monitor pointing at her garden yet now she’s the one posting pictures that look into her neighbour’s garden. From her picture you can see the kid’s swing set and their laundry- why the hell don’t they deserve privacy from her hundreds of thousands of followers?

She also says that she’s sick of the neighbours using the shared space as communal space but you can clearly see from the boundary line that their raised vegetable bed is on their side of that line and that they are not actually encroaching on her property but have their stuff in their walkway. Also I’m confused about her alluding to the fact that it’s not safe for her precious toddler. What about that shared walkway is exactly unsafe? Why will extending the garden make it safer for Remi- it’s still an external walk to the garden?

She also needs to get off her high horse and stop calling them the ‘renters’ or talking about the fact that they don’t speak English very well. Those tenants have as much right to their home as private renters than she does as a tenant in her council house. That’s some superior attitude she’s got there.

I’m so confused by the ‘renters’ thing….isn’t she also a ‘renter’ except her landlord is the council
Or as others have said has it somehow been bought and it’s on a council estate, so she’s claiming it’s a council house? Whatever her attitude is tit
