When you stare at her lower face in these ridiculously filtered / Facetuned images, when you just really look at the jaw, chin and cheekbones, it looks SO ridiculously fake and sooo unnatural and bizarre. She has body dysmorphia for sure.

I remember when Sali Hughes took to Instagram in a state of upset to berate those talking shit about her on sites like Tattle. Sali Hughes hasn’t offended me or annoyed me in any way so I felt quite sorry for her but I think news of this thread on Tattle must have somehow been reported back to Alex - could be wrong - but I suspect she’d NEVER take to a public forum to condemn Tattle gossip about her beauty filter abuse because I don’t think she’d ever want to draw attention to this thread and the many side-by-side comparison, no filter vs filter photos. I think she knows if she alerts a large number of people to the images I’ve posted of what she really looks like, they’ll be like ‘Well, actually … it sure looks like you do use beauty filters and FaceTune quite extremely!” I think she’ll just ignore all speculation and delete everyone who confronts her on IG and persist on presenting the lie.
She will pretend until she’s dead that she’s as “flawless” as she appears on IG and TikTok with the hollow cheekbones and tiny, dainty chin despite being a size 18 woman:

Her face is so extremely filtered and her jawline and dainty chin is basically CGI yet too many of her followers will accept this as her true appearance and praise her for it. And her boyfriend will continue to leave flattering

There seem to be a few articles online, many dated 2021 that suggest the ASA has stipulated that filters should not be applied to promote beauty products but so many influencers use beauty filters, it sure doesn't seem to be something that is being enforced.

It is bloody amazing to me how Alex will go to an event, and sit there speaking to a group of other influencers and other beauty industry professionals with Instagram accounts, knowing others are likely to take a picture of her or film her speaking, knowing they're just going to capture her true appearance and will most likely share those images on their own Instagram accounts BUT she will STILL filter and edit the crap out of her face without reservation or hesitation a few minutes or hours after attending these events.
Doesn't she ever fret over how those people she had mingled with in person will see her Instagram images from the same event they just attended and think, UM ... what in the actual f*ck?! How does she suddenly look like she lost 3 stones and aged backwards 15 years since I saw her 2 hours ago??? Isn't she embarrassed??? I marvel at how bold she is with her deception! She just bloody goes for it and is totally willing to deny it vehemently and gaslight everyone by implying they're just petty and jealous of her. What is going on inside her head?!

She actually needs to seek help because you're right, she's using her online presence as a vehicle, and while it might not be her intentions, she's influencing a lot of potentially younger and more vulnerable people that what she shows is the definition of beauty.

She does it to make her mouth look more sexual and in person, she's one of the least sexy women I've ever seen. She's self-conscious and awkward in person. It's a bullshit persona on IG. Alex does have great skin but it doesn’t look like this.
Every surface inch of her face has been blurred & smoothed out with beauty filters. No human skin texture to be seen here. Yes, she looks beautiful but it’s so digitally enhanced. This isn’t what Alex looks like in person.
