This post would be more convincing if she hadn't shared it alongside a photo of herself where her stomach looks flat and she is wearing activewear 🥴

At first glance you could be forgiven for thinking this is a before and after transformation pic. Or is it just me??

"I'm not blaming people in the healthcare system - they only know what they have been taught."

How incredibly condescending from someone with no medical qualifications to her name. Evidently she knows better? 🤔

That reel made me feel physically ill. As someone who has battled bulimia for over a decade, and is now a weight I’m happy with and feeling secure, I watched that and ended up body checking in the mirror getting ready this morning, looking at my thighs etc.
How patronising is this though?

Have never seen a ‘body pos’ influencer so desperate to show how quickly she has snapped back. She is clearly skinnier than she was before pregnancy so is loving the full body shots! Which she totally avoided during her pregnancy, Has either triggered her ED or has just gone on a mega diet.

She’s hooked on the likes, the adoration, the attention and the money in the exact same way she was hooked on her ED. Same shit, different monster.
And if she’s employing family members there’s less likelihood someone will step in and tell her how dangerous it’s become for her.

it seriously irks me when people ask what mascara she is wearing, or where her dress is from, and she never shares the brand or name of the product, just an #aff link, so that you can't find out what brand it is without clicking the link, and earning her money! it's so rude and manipulative, as there is absolutely no reason she can't state the name and brand of a make-up product alonsigde a link, so people can google it for themselves - but ofc Alex isn't going to miss out on an opportunity to slyly exploit her followers! 👌🏻😡

Hellooo ! Im so glad I found this thread, I've been following her for a while and she's started to really annoy me lately. Always me me me, so privileged and talking about that dog like it was a child( I love dogs). Then her saying my book made it to the best sellers list it's a miracle! Fuck no it isn't, it's the result of you having nearly 500k followers that got you the book deal in the first place. Then the constant mood swings, crying and don't get me started on her hair. That heatless roll debacle. You have no hair girl just give it up! Anyway rant over, she started with a good usp and wanted to do good I think and has now become another self absorbed influencer.

I find her one of the worst influencers now. At first she seemed great but she’s basically the same as they are, just a few dress sizes bigger.

The I’m soooo busy / stressed / talented / important is getting boring. She’s very arrogant now and just sells sells sells but defends it by saying she has to do that she can make a living and be on Instagram full time. But tbh no one asked you to give up your job and just post on social media full time? You’re not doing us all a favour.

I also think someone that was actually over their eating disorder wouldn’t need to post about it all 24/7 and throwback pics fo being thin.

And one last thing. My friend and I both went on bumble dates with Dave back in the day😄

I guess because it’s a message she replied to so she could find it from that. I doubt Alex’s “management” can track the source of any screenshot (hi Alex)
No they can’t, don’t worry. I messaged her from my personal IG account then shared the screenshot, so it was obvious where it originated, it’s not rocket science, neither is finding my other comments on Tattle
We’re allowed to dislike people and their actions. They choose to make their opinions and behaviours public, they can’t have it both ways - just the same as being an actor or a famous musician, people are going to criticise and comment on what you do, that’s just life? If you can’t cope with the negative comments (by the way, I certainly couldn’t! But also, I’m not an influencer!) then perhaps you’re in the wrong career?

The message she wants to earn money from at the moment obviously isn't where her head is at or her motives. I'm a UK 14-16, I want someone showing me to love my hip dips, how to love my rib rolls and my non-existent ankles. Not someone telling me to love myself then subtly taking photos with angles and expressions to make myself look thinner.
Literally could have written this word for word myself. Unfollowed her a few weeks back. I don’t care for the dizzy blonde typos and the losing her rag when people DM her things she asks advice on but doesn’t like the answers (the dog, anti depression meds..).

Nah this is an outright lie. Urgh I don’t want to say too much or she can narrow down who I am 😂 but this wasn’t a thing!

It's the change in her that is soo noticeable too. She's gone from producing interesting content that was organic, she was approachable and kind and funny but now her hang dog mouth and sour expression, with the annoying voice over ads and regurgitated content coupled with the really spiteful outbursts and responses doesn't make for a pleasant experience. But I'm sure she will continue on, after all she has another clothing collection to flog!

Late to the book discussion but I stumbled across Alex after my friend (who seems a big fan) asked me to buy a copy of her book for her as she lives abroad. I had a flick through after it arrived and I was pretty surprised she’d managed to get that published. Lots of ideas that have been talked about/common knowledge for years - the media makes you feel bad about your body and comparing yourself to others makes you feel shit!
It's the same with everything she does, other people's words , thoughts, experiences all cobbled together with her claiming them as her own and her taking centre stage because ultimately its all about her and this odd need for validation and attention from strangers online which is clearly lacking in her personal life.

Her relationship with Dull 'I know I'm being filmed but I'll just carry on pretending otherwise ' Dave is like a parent child, she very obviously irritates him but he bizarrely puts up with and enables the ditzy silly me blonde act that has become her default setting .. day to day she must be exhausting to be around.

Alex’s latest Q&A stories included a question from someone about “how would you react if you were only invited to the evening part of a wedding when you were expecting a day invite”.

Alex’s response was “I’d probably be petty and not go”

She’s now deleted that question but that pretty much sums her up to a tee - light, love and acceptance, but only when its benefiting her. She’s a petulant child.

Regarding the weight loss - looks like she’s saying her ADHD meds are to blame/thank?

Doesn’t explain the skinny posing though…
They suppress the appetite and I can imagine could be quite dangerous for someone recovering from an eating disorder. She would never admit it, but I would put money on there being a part of Alex that is very much enjoying this side effect.

Another classic from the podcast "reinventing the wheelhouse".. *waits for Em to laugh and correct her but she doesnt* so Alex says again "oh oh oh wait is that right? Is that right? Maybe it's reinventing the wheel". Quite clearly knew it was that before she even said it the first time

I've never listened to Alex's podcast with Em Clarkson before, but randomly started to listen to the latest episode - Alex immediately mentioned her withdrawal from anti-depressants and how she keeps having panic attacks - then quickly corrects herself and describes them as anxiety attacks - and tbh, from Em's reaction, it sounds like she's internally rolling her eyes. she genuinely seems to be losing patience with her - which is understandable, especially when she's committed to recording podcasts with her, so can't take a break, despite the obvious change in Alex. although I do wish that - as her friend - she'd take the opportunity to intervene and highlight to Alex how irresponsible her behaviour is, in terms of her in-depth descriptions about medication and regular sharing of pro-ana content.

and ofc, Alex refers to the tantrum she threw when she asked for people's experiences on withdrawal from anti-depressants and wasn't flooded with reassuring, comforting comments, and then became incredibly angry that people had shared the reality of withdrawal, despite her literally asking for people's experiences. she was very clear in explaining that she would never dream of replying to anyone's question in such a way, and would only ever send a positive, reassuring response - even if it wasn't an accurate description of her own experience. so essentially, she would happily lie to people to make them feel better, because that's the response she expects - she didn't want to know the reality or have people be real with her, she just wanted to be metaphorically patted on the head and told that everything would be okay. Em responded by pointing out that she did ask for people's experiences, and that everyone isn't like her - which to me was her way of saying "most people aren't as comfortable lying as you are". ultimately though, if she simpym wanted people to send her positivity and good vibes, she should have specified that - not asked for people's experiences and then been furious when people responded with exactly what she asked for! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hi Alex’s management.

I strongly suggest you have words with your client. Yoshe’s been reported multiple times to ASA for not flagging adverts properly, she’s clearly suffering from some sort of mental health break as addressed within this forum. As a result of aforementioned mental health crisis, her messaging is becoming damaging and destructive for those she’s claiming to want to help. I genuinely believe she needs actual, real, medical help right now and it’s worrying that those close to her aren’t helping her seek it.

As for Alex’s bafflement over why someone would previously message her positive comments (as I used to when I first followed her, interestingly I never even got a ‘like’ on the messages let alone a reply) then change how they think and/or feel, it’s because her messaging and her output changed. I followed her at the beginning of the pandemic and found she helped me, her messaging seemed new, fresh and honest. I don’t wish harm onto her, however, it needs to be addressed the harm that’s being done by this sudden, and alarming, rise in her sharing a mass of photos of her during her low weight.
