Lidl ireland have a wrapped feature like Spotify wrapped. There's a free coupon on it depending on what category you pick. I got free ice cream.

I got 25% off crisps. I don’t know why I selected that category as I never buy crisps from Lidl 😂

FFS I finally got the Lidl wrapped thing on my app but I have the attention span of a gnat so I was tapping through the slides and before I knew it I had selected that my favourite category is flipping ice cream! That is not what I would have picked! 😖 If you get it on your app be careful lol

Mine appeared this morning too, I picked bakery and it was 25% off one item. So not a huge loss. £5 off a £45 shop in today’s advent calendar though, that’ll be used at the weekend

I opened some of the Christmas stash, I knew I wouldn't be able to resist 😅
The Aldi Saffron Lobster flavour crisps are lovely, a tiny bit of a prawn cocktail-ish tang but very very mild.
The Lidl Cinnamon Knot biscuits are very dry and crispy, nice cinnamon flavour but I'm not sure I'd buy them again because they were so dry.
I wonder if the Aldi ones are nicer because I've seen them recommended on here?

Mine is £5 off £55 and excludes alcohol. I'd have to bring my mum along in order to achieve that.

Oh that’s strange, I thought we’d all been getting the same offers each day! Mine excludes alcohol too so I’ll just need to throw an extra few treats (the salted caramel white chocolate almonds 🤤) in the trolley this week 🤣.

Is that face because you missed it or you don't drink it.
😂 Concern that my most bought item this year is Prosecco!

Loaded up on the 5p veg today and got a whole duck for £6.50, leg of lamb for £13 and our turkey. Apparently Aldi’s £9.99 champagne is rated highly so going to pick a couple of those up for last minute gifts.

Also got the 5p veg. Managed to get the Winter Wonderland Cheesecake - only 2 left. No idea how the two of us are going to eat it. Maybe just cut it in half 🤔

I know this probably sounds so daft but those of you in a small household, do you still buy the cheap veg? There’s only two of us and I would find it difficult to use 2kg of potatoes before they’re no longer fit to eat, I find Aldi pots start sprouting after a few days even with decent storage. Brussels usually I would get a 200g bag which is 95p! I feel conflicted over buying the 5p stuff just to waste half of it for the saving.
