Aldi & Lidl #9

Today’s LIDL coupon is 25% off Christmas puddings.

I agree with others that 2 days to use each coupon is absolutely ridiculous. Who is going there every couple of days just to get these items? Most of these ‘savings’ are not worth the time, effort and money travelling to keep going back and forth to the shop. I guess it’s useful for people who maybe pass nearby on their work journey or live close.

I know all they want is to get you in the shop as much as possible so you see other things and pick them up. It’s just annoying lol.
I work near one but only have time to go back on my way home from work and by that time usually there’s nothing left of the stuff with the vouchers so I just go 😭

Got my free plant 🥳 (not UK Lidl!), also got a free pack of ice creams, and a free jar of red cabbage.

Picked up my matchmakers today, loads of mints ones but no orange. No stollen and only huge Christmas puddings so didn't pick that up

I don’t know if everyone’s seen but there’s a Lidl wrapped (like Spotify) on the app and I got to pick a voucher

Has anyone tried the Lidl deluxe Maris Piper roast potates in goose large? £2.99 for 800g.

I'm bringing the roasties to an early Christmas dinner this Sunday for friends and family who'll be away on the day. Four packs for 8 -10 people? Good enough to claim I did them from scratch? :ROFLMAO:

Theyre absolutely delicious. My mum ever so kindly admitted to using these for Christmas for the past how many years. We all thought she slaving over the stove, nope bloody lidl maris piper to the rescue. It's hard to tell the difference tbh. I buy them and use them in a pinch. You'll see them in Lidl mid season weirdly enough, decent price and tasty af. I hope you can convince your family as easy!

Aldi had about 3 shelves of the Medjool dates today and they are now £3.69 a box and sell by date is October 26. Bought 2 boxes as I was on the bus and carrying the shopping but wonder if they will reduce them before Christmas.
I noticed this morning they have now put all the reduced items in one place (next to the This Weeks offers fridge) and got some 50% off Salmon and some prawns.
