The spray version was on offer that's what made me look at it. I got the cream version which wasn't on offer but still slightly cheaper than the spray (maybe 10/20p)

If you've still got the box, there will be a batch code that you can give them and make a complaint about it. How horrid for you.
Oh feck I never knew you could do this. I always recycle as I unpack. I'll know for the future, thank you.

I ended up letting them defrost and washed them down the sink. It killed me to do it, as I'm sure I paid 3 something for them.

Has anyone tried the Lidl chocolate covered custard creams? I saw them yesterday but didn't buy...

I had these the other week. They were nice enough but not worth the extra money if I’m honest. I’ll stick with plain custard creams.

Got this on my app! Is it a single vegetable
If you buy a pack of tomatoes/mushrooms/new potatoes you'll get one of those free. Don't do what I did the other day, I bought a variety of veg including all of the above and it took 25p off my bill for the one carrot I bought!

I've just read on Reddit that they are changing the Lidl app, and getting rid of your free cake when you spend a tenner. Rumour has it that you need to spend £65 to get a free croissant.

Weirdly I got a notification today saying I was getting an extra 4 days on my coupon plus reward. I thought they meant extra time to use existing ones but no, they’re not resetting tomorrow (1st) back to zero. Which means I don’t get my free sweet treat in my weekly shop at the weekend . I only really shop there as I think the rewards are so good but if they are cutting back I might switch back to Aldi!

That reminds me that I need to claim my free bakery item .

Yes but they aren't a patch on the M&S ones . I know they area pound dearer but well worth it.
omg I picked up a mini 2 pack of these yesterday and snuck them into the theatre for interval snack. It’s the first time we’d tried them and holyyyy moly!! dangerous! Mr P has already asked me to go and get more from our local M&S

Picked up my fruit freebie & 50% off fruits today.
The freebie image cheekily only shows the cheapest options but looking in the included items the DELUX strawberries are listed yet further down alphabetically the strawberries 1kg box is on it so naturally I went for those.

So minimum spend to get a reward is now £30 rather than £10 as the lowest item in points is a in store bakery petit pain. They’ve given 100 points as a starting point.

The positive thing if you don’t visit too often is they last 2 years rather than refreshing every month

It's very M&S Sparks revamp sounding. I will always prefer discounts rather than this kind of malarkey.

The new system is rubbish.
The only reason I shopped in Lidl regularly was because of the rewards. I loved meeting the little targets through the month.
aldi is closer to me so can see me heading there more regularly now
