I liked her, but the fact she counts Corden as a good mate speaks volumes.
LOL. Harsh but fair. I pretty much disregard anyone who has decided to leave England (even though it's in the doldrums right now) for La La Land. I've been to LA a few times, it's one of the most superficial lonely places on earth I've ever been. There is an air of desperation hanging in the atmosphere in LA, it's hideous. You walk a few blocks away from Sunset and you'll see the ravages of a broken nation.

For someone who sings about their 'hometown' I'm sorry, but she's sold the duck out. Same as the talent vacuum that is Corden. Good luck to them, stay there and give my best to Nick Clegg. ps. Apols for people who have been born and raised in LA, I'm sure I didn't get to see the good side of the town. Peace. x

That's kinda funny. 20 odd years ago I was in Vegas and went to a concert at MGM with Paul Simon and Bob Dylan. PS was amazing, and then Dylan came on and it was dismal! People were walking out. 🥴 😄 😆
We went to see Bob Dylan in 2013, in Blackpool of all places!! Anyway he was pretty bad, it took about 5 mins of each song to understand what song he was actually singing!! hahaha. My favourite memory of that concert is there was a busker singing Dylan songs and he was bloody amazing. At the interval and the end of the show everyone was listening to him, singing, dancing and drinking our bottles of red wine that we had bought from the co-op.
I took my mum to see PS at Hyde Park in 2012 and that was really good, especially when he did his Graceland songs. :)

Nice to see you can get a nice spot behind the stage….

oh and pay an additional £85 per child!
Look at the small print on that about viewing not guaranteed unless you're in diamond VIP :ROFLMAO:

Outrageous.

Hope the fans stick two fingers up to the promoters and tell the music industry in general to do one.

I'm the same. When I read a UK celeb has moved to LA they drop in my estimations. Although I've always loathed Corden.

It’s a massive weekend in London for live music that weekend , let’s hope they have the staff they need to run these events.
I think the city of London, population 9 million, has enough people to staff four music concerts across one weekend.

For me, when i think about powerful female artists then i think about Janis Joplin and Stevie Nicks, to me they are the greatest female artists of all time and no one comes close to them. Bob Dylan is my other hero but people either love his voice or hate it, i just happen to love it!
Stevie and Dylan are my all time idols! Their music always seems to have soul behind it, I wish more musicians had that

Are there any haters on here? Just curious as I wanted to say that I'm not really a fan of her music. I find it very samey. Its a lot of mopey music and dreary. She's got a great voice, just think she should switch things up and maybe try dancing? Maybe a dance song? With that voice, no way she should sing the same kind of stuff.

Edit: I'm not actually a hater. As I say, I think she has an excellent voice and has a couple of songs I like, but think she needs to change things up. Bit like Sam Smith did.

I saw Stevie back in 2015 and it did take a couple of songs to find her voice, but after that it was incredible.

Bob Dylan is a good songwriter, but has never really been a good singer. Joan Baez's versions of his songs are nearly always preferable.

That's exactly it, I'm surprised she wants to send her kid to school in the US too with all the gun shootings they have, maybe he is home schooled.
I don't think they have any gun shootings in the kind of school Adele will be paying for her kid to go to.

Was it worth it?
Yes. Had wanted to see her for years and was a brilliant show. She is a good entertainer. She had three stages (main and two smaller), we were close to one of the smaller ones. She walked through the crowd as well which was cool
