Same for me. I had a crush on both Aaron and Nick in the 90s and early 2000s, they were both a massive part of my childhood so it’s hit me hard. Is everyone on here from the U.K.? As much as the songs for Aaron was touching still apart of me feels like his family didn’t do enough. everyone could see he was in a bad place (maybe his family were doing stuff behind the scenes ) everyone crying over Aaron now but he’s been crying out for help for years maybe he wouldn’t accept the help who knows the whole thing is completely messed up.

I know Nick physically took him to rehab and paid for it a couple times but Aaron walked out after so many days and never completed it. It was said at the memorial by a few people that he and Angel tried so much more than people know, they just didn’t put it on social media. Nick and Aaron were starting to make amends right before he passed

If I remember he kicked her out on Halloween coz she’d gone to see Prince and he was always erratic after that his realtor was behind him when he was in his camper van and banging on it to check he was ok, police pulled him over and he passed the sobriety check. Which huffing computer duster would’ve done it’s sad after someone passes to see all these people come out and say they loved him etc, where were they when he was self destructing on lives 24/7, making his neighbours lives a misery, all those poor animals that had gone missing. Death brings out the worst of people.

One thing I don’t get though, if those texts Melanie showed were real, why did the housekeeper lie and say she saw Aaron and he had come to get snacks when that wasn’t true, she hadn’t seen him all day? There could be a lot of reasons but I can see why IF that’s true Melanie would cling to it being a weird thing to lie about

It’s all such a mess isn’t it Aaron was heard shouting to the police he was ok and go leave him alone. Maybe he told the housekeeper to tell Mel he was ok and not to let anyone disturb him

So glad there’s a thread been made about him!
there’s so much evidence online and I’ve only began to delve into it these last few months. I honestly loved him when I was like 10 he was literally my life (embarrassing I know) but wow what a fuck up he’s turned-out to be! He’s dropped his newborn on lives keeps puppies in atravel cot, thinks he’s the king of the internet, send pics to girl under16.. shoes off his weapons on lives and let’s not even talk about the nakey pics I’ve seen on Twitter I feel for the poor innocent baby. I honestly think he though nick would want him back in his life after he had prince. It’s a shame

Shocking but also not shocking if that makes sense. I was a huge BSB (and Nick fan) in the late 90s and sort of kept an eye on the family, but seeing Aaron just decline year upon year was so sad.

I don't want to jump off topic, it's just that I think there is a certain similarity between James and Aaron. They both had success in the past, teenage memories for many fans, but were disliked in middle age.

I really don’t see the parallels myself, as far as I’m aware JB has a successful career still (okay maybe not on the same level as he did in Busted) and no history of drug abuse or severe mental illness? People don’t like James Bourne due to his penchant for younger ladies sure but he’s not a child artist who went bankrupt due to financial abuse from his parents and potential physical and sexual abuse from other sources. I’m really not sure it’s a similar situation or that he gets the same level of press coverage.
