I came across G recently from scrolling around the fitness world and found this thread so felt the need to say something.

Does she even have any qualifications to be a coach? If not that is quite worrying...
Also she acts like she's some pro competitor when she's literally never competed in her life (yes she was supposed to and lockdown prevented it...but take it on the chin, you still have zero experience of the stage love). How can someone who has no experience of competing have such an attitude and ego is beyond me. She has as much experience as her clients so her attitude towards them should not be so bloody rude.

Wow she left the car there this whole time!! I think it is on finance, they refused it at first. I remember her having a rant about it saying she can afford to pay the monthly payment each week or something but then she was able to get it in the end. It’s all for show anyway!

In a gym I used to work in filming of any kind was banned! I know she’s been there a long time but she has complained a lot about other people (because she’s a spoiled brat that thinks she knows the best) doesn’t mention she doesn’t have good form either!!!

But the car tells you when you're low on screen wash- I know mine is very sensitive and gives me loads of time to do it, if she's filling it up she SHOULD be filling it up at home before she goes on her trip.

And I always just use washing up liquid, it's way cheaper.

I think she reads here. I think it’s a dig at the fact that people have said here that she jusr copies and pastes plans. Also, the watch on her shoe kills me. Is it for steps? Cos that’s stupid. Or is it so she doesn’t damage it whilst using weights? If so Leave in a locker. She seriously does some twa**y stuff

If she added eg, form needs to be better and added some educational tips on improving form while doing this move then would make the sharing of it better. But she does come across full of herself, I am now even more convinced she’s on steds!
