I haven’t followed her for a long time (when she started shilling all the MLM shit) but when she was successfully losing weight she had a big breakfast every morning and she had packets of cold meat and fruit for lunch. So she’s a bare faced liar (which we already knew) saying she’s only ever ate at dinner. I started following her on her SW days and I don’t think it’s SW that’s the problem. She seemed to have some drive then, she worked part time, seemed a good mum to Betsy, cooked healthy meals every day. For me her downfall was getting back with that rancid chode - that’s when she regained the weight, started acting beggy, stopped working. I think he majorly gaslights her and likes to keep her big so she thinks no one else would want her and she’s quite clearly obsessed with him. It’s really sad and just shows the affect an adult getting with a teenage girl has had on her mentally.

Omg, I remember when he just completely disappeared from her stories and she never mentioned him for ageeesss. As you say, it was also at the time she went out with her mates and seemed genuinely happy. She spent more time with Betsy and had a PT job going for her. He is the downfall of her and yet acts like he’s God.

Yea diet drinks are fine on SW. She’s the one that went too hard and too fast and got down to a weight that was unsustainable like most of the SW accounts do.
