But I bet we're all going to feel preetty silly when she gives concrete details about the two Tattle stalkers. Where it is clearly cited that Tattle was a majorly contributing factor to the stalking.
I'm calling BS on this. I doubt the people reviewing share their reviews with her publisher and agent, they post it like the one single review did on their blog. It's a very minor book, agents and publishers aren't spending much time on it.
One friend posting a review is reviews pouring in for not a doc. Maybe her dog and Jaimi Shrive have reviewed it?

It's a joke, he said it almost ruined him. His assets were frozen for almost 2 years and for something like 6 months his banks weren't even allowed to tell him why or what court had ordered it. He was given a monthly living wage which was something like minimum wage or a little under. He should absolutely sue for loss of earnings and unfair freezing of his assets.

Those reviews are ridiculous, and the names are so transparently the work of Jess’s mind too. Pure fiction.
So far, only one of her negative Amazon reviews hasn’t been a verified purchase.
All of her 1* reviews on Goodreads appear legit. One is a replicated review after she had the first version of it removed - that was a verified reader who was sent an advanced copy.

Everyone on Tattle knows the rules (not to touch the poo) so I highly doubt anyone here would be writing malicious reviews. There’s no need for it. We’ve been following along with interest (because this book launch fiasco is a current affair that has our collective intrigue, not because Jess is a group stalking victim) so we know exactly which reviews have landed when. We know that fake reviews weaken any authentic critique. And we also know she doesn’t need fake reviews because verified reviewers are showing her up anyway.
She’s fucking delulu. A liar, a fraud, and a master manipulator. That’s not trauma, that’s disorder. That’s entitlement.
She can try to keep it up, but we can keep the receipts.
Says the trauma-informed psychologist who works with victims of, and is herself allegedly victim of, sexual abuse? Who wrote a book literally called Why Women Are Blamed For Everything re: victim blaming?
Has she never considered that one of the impacts of sexual abuse is that women become avoidant of gynaecological examinations?
Whole family and children detained at the border due to bs reports from tattlers I'm sure is the inghams. Firstly it was only him detained so she's lying about all the family including children. Secondly it was a major story that the police confirmed Chris Ingham was sending sexual messages to minors and the border police wouldn't say why they were acting. No way to know if it was from tattle or if they were reading BBC news and flagged him. Never the truth with her and border staff should question someone like him when entering their country.

You are correct, the whole family was never detained at the border, the rest of the family was free to wait or leave whilst Chris was detained. Chris has confirmed this himself and I can find a link to confirm this if needed. Also, thank you for making it clear that he had been sending messages to minors, it wasn't some random swat, this occurred weeks after his inappropriate behaviour was made public by one of his victims. I believe the person who reported him resided in Australia and came from Twitter/X not Tattle. As far as I'm aware this person is not and never has been on Tattle, although obviously we did discuss what had happened after the event when Chris made a vlog about it.
Chris has hinted at working behind the scenes to take down Tattle and yet Chris's behaviour has continued to be extremely problematic, which is why the family are one of the most discussed on Tattle!
Interesting who Dr Jessica Taylor has chosen to hitch her wagon to. It would have been so much better if she could have used her platform and her qualifications to highlight the problematic behaviour between (mostly male) YouTubers, like Chris Ingham, and their vulnerable fans.

How does it work with costs and who pays what? The sands had costs of 1.5 million in two years and it's been nearly another year so the costs must be huge!
Well, I’m qualified in England and wales, not Northern Ireland, so it might be slightly different over there (although the legal systems are similar). In England and wales, generally the loser pays both parties’ costs. However, the court has to make a judgment about costs, and decide what’s fair and reasonable. The sands will definitely have to pay all of their own costs. SB will ask the court to order that the sands pay his costs too, but the sands would then likely ask for SB’s costs to be assessed (where the court looks and how much he’s spent and on what) and the court will decide what proportion the sands should pay. It’s unlikely he would get 100%, but around 75% is probably not unreasonable. However, saying this, given the utterly unreasonable behaviour of the sands and their lawyers, SB may get his costs paid on an indemnity basis (so all of them paid) which is a punitive measure to punish the sands for how they have conducted this litigation.
She really will shoehorn Tattle into any mainstream tragic news story won’t she? What next? Tattle caused the earthquakes In Venezuela? It was the tectonic plates’ trauma response to being stalked?

Publishing the highly personal story of a vulnerable abuse survivor in your book, without using the consent processes expected in psychological research, without doing the survivor the courtesy of even telling her, and without wondering whether the crisis state she was in might have posed a barrier to meaningful consent even if you had bothered to seek it - no problems at all.
Lying about the above by claiming that the story belonged to a different woman entirely (pseudonym 'C') and insisting that you had a signed consent form for each individual woman in the book, only to do a 180 and admit that the story did belong to this survivor for whom you had no consent form at all - also fine. Good work, keep going.
Insisting that no formal consent was ever required and acting as if you hadn't spent weeks telling the above lies - even better! (Just be careful that your followers don't start querying why formal consent wasn't needed to satisfy your commercial publisher - this might be a good time to throw in a few criticisms of evil academic publishing and their elitist requirements, like actually having participants' explicit permission to quote them.)

Wailing that a mental health charity is profiteering from your incredibly beige anodyne takes when your own books fail to cite the vast majority of influential researchers who have worked on trauma-informed alternatives to a diagnosis-led approach - top tier. God tier. No one can improve on this.*
*I remember Jessica responding to someone asking her if she'd been reading about biopolitics with "No, I've been teaching about this for over 10 years", as if it was an insult even to suggest that she might have learned something from a book instead of conjuring the idea up from nowhere, so in fairness to her the lack of citations may be due to the fact that she doesn't read very much and therefore isn't aware of how derivative and diluted her work is. That said, "I barely read and so I assume my every idle thought must be a unique insight of shattering genius" isn't exactly a huge improvement on plagiarism...
You have to have such a grandiose sense of self to think there are strangers grouping up to willingly go out of their way to stalk you because they dislike you
This has to hurt. The week of her book about stalking coming out, someone who has openly challenged Jess and is far more accomplished than her, gets asked to appear on the BBC about stalking.
