I didn’t know there had been a falling out - just checked and they don’t seem to follow each other on insta (old news to most folk). Now I want to know too what happened there.

Also the Jenson story reminded me of the Kim K robbery in Paris. I’d like to know what really happened.

We went to see Debbie Reynolds in cabaret a few years ago - she was wonderful! Lots of stories about Hollywood and who was nice and who was not. She said she was dropped from Will & Grace because one of the stars was jealous of the audience‘s reaction whenever Debbie appeared in an episode. She gave no clue as to who it was, but after the more recent gossip, I’m wondering if was Messing.

What did Nadia Sawalha and her sister fall out over? It seems as though they haven't spoken for over 6 years.

There are so many showbiz mysteries I would love to know the answer to I read this thread and see another one that makes me go 'Oh yeah, that too!' Shows how shady showbiz is!

My first visit to this site I made the mistake of the clicking on that thread and calling them out. I was instantly banned, and had to rejoin and start from scratch. My bad, but wow its extreme that thread.

I spent a long time thinking they were "just" guilty by negligence and someone took her, but when I actually read the details of the case I realised there's no way they are not directly responsible. My theory is the mother accidentally killed her and they both disposed of her and used the dinner to cover it up. Another thing is - usually a tragedy like this would destroy a marriage and they're still together - because they have this secret to protect.

A mystery I often think about is the crash that killed all of Viola Beach. It seems like the driver did it deliberately- what do we all think?

He's been well known to be gay for probably 30+ years.

As for the things the OP mentioned, my thoughts (and that's all they are):

- The truth about Michael Barrymore's level of involvement/knowledge in the Stuart Lubbock case
I certainly don't think Barrymore killed him. Probably was so out of it he didn't know what was going on and then didn't really care too much when he found out.

- Was Kurt Cobain death's suicide or murder
I think suicide, he'd been writing about suicide and depression since he was like 14, and had previously tried to kill himself before. And Courtney does come across as having actually cared about him. Her bandmate Kristen Pffaf's death was more dodgy than Kurt's.

- What exactly was going on in Marilyn Monroe's life at the time of her death
She was definitely into a fair amount of drugs. I do think there is a decent chance she was murdered, but exactly who by is probably not knowable now. I usually tend to lean away from "it was the CIA!" though. The Mafia is certainly possible.

- The Natalie Wood murder
Good luck proving who did it.

- Solange attacking Jay-Z in the lift
General theory is that he was cheating on Beyonce, but I know there are a few other rumours about that.

- The truth about Holly Willoughby's marriage/home life (because the Daily Mail have been absolutely hinting at something for years now!)
I think they both cheat. I do also think there is some amount of truth in the rumours about her and Fearne Cotton having had sex with either each other or each other's husbands (or both).

- Which celebrity mum was it who had her children taken into care, which was all over the tabloids a few years ago
This has already been answered above. I know a lot of people guessed it was Katie Price or Kerry Katona at the time though.

- The honest truth about Jussie Smollet's "attack" which is now being treated like it never happened since the rise of Black Lives Matter
He supposedly met one of the "attackers" on grindr. But I've not seen anything else about that.

- Various celebrities and the potential they are indulging in gender selection when they have their babies and all the older celeb mums who have twins
IVF does increase the chance of multiple babies. Gender selection I think is less likely, but it's one of those things that I for sure think goes on.

With Watkins I think the issue is that young girls were seen as fair game back when he was popular, I would say only recently has this idea of young girls and musicians been seen for what it is: creepy. I think a lot of people who witnessed the young girls going to his hotel room/tour bus etc thought that because they ‘offered’ themselves up for it, then what he did to them was their perfectly acceptable. This issue was so rife when I was younger and into alt music. The magazines like Kerrang highly sexualised women, the wording was often misogynistic and when you went to the gigs the musicians and the male fans who dressed like them were treated like Gods and if one didn’t come onto you, *you* were seen as the odd one, the ugly duckling. I remember Ville Valo from HIM giving and interview where he said that their drummer liked young girls but had to be careful he didn’t get in trouble - no way would that be published now or should it have ever been published. But back then that was seen as an ok thing to say and an ok approach to have.

They didn’t know he was that bad sure but they did know he abused his position and had sex with young and underage girls and they let it continue. They are complicit in the whole thing. They even had sex with young fans who were barely over 16 years old. Someone I used to know was only 15 when she felt forced to have sex with one of the members. They’ve tried to rehab their image but it just won’t wash.

I think this is a load of bollocks and sounds like the sort of stuff I used to read from the cult of richey weirdos years ago. Not saying that you are a weirdo! Just the whole ‘the people who really knew him know he wouldn’t kill himself’ but he was desperately Ill, had a history of causing severe wounds to his body, was anorexic and I believe borderline an alcoholic or was an alcoholic when he went missing. How is it such a stretch that he decided one day he just couldn’t do it anymore and ended his life? He was so close to the band and his family, he would never put them through all that hurt.

Always conjures up a wry smile when I remember that Whitney and MJ were 2 major stars on 'Heal the world' and singing about saving children. One a pweirdo who had no childhood and the other who spent her daughter's formative years off her tits on crack.

I guess it could’ve been one of those “accident waiting to happen” scenarios. A fault, which drivers knew about and knew how to circumvent… until one time things went catastrophically wrong and the driver somehow wasn’t able to react?

I do think it’s a coincidence that the guard had wandered off to find a newspaper. That was just so plausible.

The thing about possibly-preventable tragedies is there’s never one definite cause, it’s more like a perfect storm of small mistakes that snowball into a catastrophe.

Take the Manchester Arena Inquiry. I saw a lot of people moaning on Twitter that it was a waste of money because we know who was responsible. But it’s so much more complex than that. There were failures with the security services who knew the bomber was dodgy and associated with terrorists. There was lax security at the arena (such as poorly trained young staff and CCTV blackspots). Failures by police, taking meal breaks longer than allowed, not patrolling at certain times and places despite being explicitly told to. Failures by the ambulance and fire services… I could go on.

Sorry, I’ve gone off on a completely irrelevant tangent! It’s terrible that nobody could ever get to the bottom of what caused that crash. What a burden for all the families of those who died, and the people who were injured.

I don’t believe that. I think MJ was such a crackpot he didn’t want his children to have black features, in the same way he got rid of his own.

Michael bleached Prince’s hair for years (he’s naturally dark haired and olive skinned) and although people try to say his hair simply got darker as he got older, I don’t buy it. Olive skinned kids never have white blonde hair, and in some photos, you can see dark regrowth.

I always assumed that reflected his preference for blonde haired boys I’m not suggesting that MJ abused his son - although I do believe he abused other kids.

This comment on Reddit seems pretty accurate.
