You know the worst about all this CC will come out like God now because you can't get lower than a snakes belly in relation to blagging a suicide which is pretty shit because fffffffffffyona is just as much of a psycho and needs stopping, both need banning from life

You may all find me cold but I did not believe for one minute there was a suicide attempt.

Regardless of what happened theres still voice notes of ffyona lying about working in mental health, calling someone with alleged mental health issues 'bonkers' and essentially CALLING BLUFF ON A SUICIDE THREAT.

Shes a disgusting person treating the whole thing like an amusing mind game. That chess move pic in her stories... total narcissist. What really gets me is her defense of awareness raising, and the line 'we love our patients' currently in her stories.

Having been on the receiving end of her horribly rude and unhelpful Instagram response to a question about a (thankfully very mild - but permanent!) mark on my face post filler from CC, it enrages me that she has the balls to claim she loves her patients. I cant imagine what it would have been like to have suffered a serious complication or error from CC as so many have. I literally cannot believe there's no route for us to get her shut down.

I agree with some of the posts on here. I do not believe there was a suicide attempt.
There’s just two many red flags:
1) The manager / director filed for her name to be removed from the company on the day it came to light on social media.
2) The company is then requested to be dissolved.
3) In Leahs statements, the original injector could not see her even though she had seen her the day before? If it was an Emergency and your company was on the line, why wouldn’t you be able to help a client? Unless she was genuinely away on holiday as the CC imposes.
4) If there was a suicide attempt, why would “friends” post it online for the client base to see whilst the incident is actively ongoing. You wouldn’t share that information until the owner was stable and with the public when friends / family weren’t even aware.
5) Lisa’s ex, The Brow King, on Instagram has not mentioned anything about this. He has a close relationship with the mother to his children even though they aren’t together. He has been working this week in Cumbria at the time of the suicide attempt and posted a few videos and pictures with his partner / their work. If there was an attempt, he would rightly so go and pick the kids up or make a statement as he is quite vocal on social media. But there was nothing? He continued working which makes me think that the children and Lisa were actually safe.
I don’t think CC would make an accusation this large without evidence, especially with her background in law.

Over on Twitter...the comment about where she should get her chin filler done kills me

I've been watching all this unfold over the last few days and honestly can't believe what's gone on.

Have to agree with the people saying they didn't believe the "suicide attempt". The whole thing felt very weird. Posting a goodbye message on social media, followed by a message saying "she's only gone and done it"... I don't know, if someone close to me had attempted suicide, my absolute LAST thought would be to let everyone know on Instagram...

After that post went up, another clinic, who said they were a close friend of Lisa's (La La Land) posted a screen grab to their Instagram Story showing Whatsapp messages from Lisa's partner saying she was in a bad way. The Story went up about 10pm but the time stamp on the messages was 10.40pm... She (the other clinic owner) later posted saying she was in Spain, hence the time difference... and then deleted the messages.

There was also a message going round from someone claiming to know Lisa saying "she's absolutely fine, she's in Scotland". Which would back up what CC are saying about her being in another country at the time...

I think the whole thing is a total mess and both companies have acted badly, but to fake a suicide attempt is just absolutely hideous.

CC have definitely, definitely used the situation to their advantage from the get-go, and as much as they didn't name LaLaLand directly, they certainly hinted at it on Instagram and made some nasty comments themselves. BUT they did absolutely get piled on once this suicide story came out. I saw tons of people sharing stories about them, calling them names, even accusing them of manslaughter. Their Trustpilot account was bombarded with negative reviews. There was even a hashtag going round at one point. So to be honest, I do get why they've gone public with this. It's all completely unprofessional and the enitre thing should have been kept off social media BUT they've literally been accused of driving someone to try and kill themselves. Like, if I was in their shoes and had proof that the whole thing was a lie, I think I'd go public with it too!

Long time tattle lurker I'm only ever here to read threads but when I saw this title I knew I had to post. I have always been very self conscious about my lips. They are none existent. I booked an appointment with the consultant clinic maybe 3 years ago. It was supposed to be at their Liverpool Rodeny Street Clinic. The owner was very rude via emails and even more so In real life. She rang me the day before saying my slot would have to be moved to preston. Or be cancelled. I was desperate to get my lips done so I travelled 40 miles to Preston to what I can only describe as a sunbed shop with a room upstairs. It was filthy but naive me carried on. She spoke about my appearance infrnt of the Dr who she told where and how much to inject. She isnt medically qualified as far as I'm aware. I had lumpy lips and was told it would die down. 3 years and another try later (by an actual professional) she told me she fixes lots of the consultant clinics bad attempts. The only post the "perfect looking lips" and they use the same images over and over. Have a look on trust pilot! apparently they buy followers and pay for ads from people who have never had work done by them. Which is everything wrong with social media now! They can appear as flashy they want having clinics all over the globe but it's easy to rent a room anywhere!

I work for a big company and the thought of my employer getting involved in a tit-for-tat squabble with a competitor on Instagram makes me cringe my socks off. The CC dentists I mean Doctors must be so embarrassed right now!

She said that Lisa paid someone 5 grand to try and throw acid in her face and she’s got videos of Lisa saying she’s gonna get her shot and slice her face. To be fair the girl sounds an absolute lunatic she said she smashed Lisa’s house up coz Lisa was taking the piss out of her son. Fuckin insane

Putting my 2 pence in because I can. This is one shit show of affairs isn't it. Its been disgraceful and being honest turned into the shit storm it has because of CC, considering she's a lawyer she should know you never out anything it anyone before it goes to court so she fucked that right up from the off. The whole medic non medic saga, I personally had a VO caused by a doctor who dismissed it as a bruise. The world of aesthetics is dodgy as fuck and needs regulation. You can still do aesthetics if you've been struck off the nmc and that's not right. So from what I've seen cc have basically thrown a load of accusations out there with no substance, said they have screenshots voice notes etc but nothing has been put out as yet. Apparantly a nurse dissolved in lala land not Lisa herself and she never proclaimed to be a nurse it was just registered nurse clinic because a nurse works there, misleading as people thought she was the nurse but non the less she never told anyone she was one

CC have stated several times she's a doctor and has injected people and gained their confidence by stating that she is

Now what's worse a beautician what's tried her hardest, experienced a complication and tried her best. Or a clinic full of medics turning a blind eye to a woman they work with duping people into saying she's a doctor and heavily photoshops work pictures to the point they are completely false.

Seems to be a same story you must dissolve before we fill etc to every patient.

Alot has came out what's worse a complication that can happen to anyone medic or non medic or a self proclaimed medic advising they will only help a girl with a nose falling off if they can run a story and pay her off with 5k?

You know everyone's quick to point the finger at dodgy non medics, how are they getting botox and prescribing meds, they're getting them off rgns

Who's more dodgy the person doing it or the fully trained medic giving people access to POMs

Edit to add, she hasn't really got the right to claim mental health now when she started it all, she got too big for her boots and think she's untouchable but people are sick of her shit now. She said she wouldn't treat that girls nose unless she went along with the PR stunt, that's blackmail

She can try and say what she wants and try to sue anyone for slander all she wants, it's not slander when it's the truth

I posted these months ago on this thread but thought I’d post them again for any new comers.

Ffyona is the only person who is even close to bonkers. She never admits being wrong, she makes her own reality (down to posting pic of other people’s children pretending they are her own!!). Her customer service for the amount she charges is absolutely shocking.
She’s a disgrace and tbh needs help!

How the fuck would she know? The girl hasn’t eaten or slept in days and is not in the right frame of mind.
Imagine how much of a heartless bitch you have to be to call someone you don’t even know a liar about killing herself. She’s an absolute disgrace and probably one of the worst human beings I’ve ever come across.

I booked an appointment with them going back maybe 2/3 years. I was wanting tear trough filler. When I arrived in was told this filler would make little difference to my hollow under eyes and that I needed mid face filler. This was double the price. Although I wasn't forced into it. I did feel as though I couldn't question this so forked out nearly £800 on mid face filler. I noticed a slight difference. Not much at all. However their before and after pictures of me looked phenomenal. Why? Because one picture (before) was significantly darker, making my under eyes look a lot worse. The after picture was very light. They still use my picture to this day on their Instagram. I've seen it pop up numerous times. Given how long ago that was why would they still use that image if they had that many clients?
Also seeing the owner flaunt her first class flights etc is in bad taste and is just another reflection on how overpriced they are. They claim it's due to them being doctors which I totally understand, but the price is extortionate.

La Laa Land Aesthetics has a long and imperfect history in regards to fillers and they’ve had tons of complaints mostly on FB, but also over Insta.

I have only recently come across Cosmetic Consult but I hear they’ve had negative reviews too. It’s interesting that some people on Instagram are sending abuse and death threats to CC whilst in the next breath writing “Be Kind” on their stories.
Lisa did wrong, and didn’t rectify it for whatever reason, then the public gets involved and escalated a situation.
