It’s just - any baby news is great & I wish everyone health. But Sarah Burke has mocked the PCOS, ivf and now hypermeresis communities. Randy Sandy keeps calling her a miracle baby/ it’s not a miracle baby just because it’s a miracle you shagged a taken man. A miracle baby is my son after several rounds of IVF. Then you’ve sineads curvy style drinking every night of the week, and now Sabby who no doubt will collab from nappy to nursery & it’ll all be free. These babies are nothing but the ‘new house’ or ‘new dog’ or ‘new car’ posts for attention . Some of us just want to be good mothers without selling our souls x

My husband tested positive 3 weeks ago. He’s in CUH now nearly a week. I’m at home working from home with our baby and all can do is 15 mins on a WhatsApp video call on the days he has the energy. No box of shit from meaghers pharmacy is going to undo this, do not abuse your privileged position (which now is as someone with covid who is not in need of ICU or a ventilator ) to seek attention

First time commenting on this thread, but am livid with this absolute bitch! Her post tonight on HG I could f##king scream and with most of the comments she got are from people with morning sickness but thinking and saying they had HG. HG is beyond debilitating, I spent the majority of my first 2 pregnancies in hospital on drips, lost a scary amount of weight. Got pregnant with my 3rd and had hg again, thankfully there was better meds on my third but all they did was keep me out of hospital for longer.
Now, I'd do it all over again for my amazing kids but I can't fucking stand gobshits saying they have HG when it's f##king morning sickness. I never in the 9 months of all my kids had a MC Donalds, meals out etc. I was lucky to snack on crackers and tiny bits of whatever in the hope to keep it down. I'm just so fecking livid tonight with all these insta huns. Between this diva on the HG buzz and others on grief porn (another couple of vile humans) I'm seriously thinking of just leaving all social media. I pity any of the young and vulnerable following these absolute gobshites. Sabrina if you read this, you are a fucking disgrace, yes you maybe sick and have the worst migraines going (no doubt you do, cause nobody cud ever get them as bad as you) but you are an absolute pleb.

This did cross my mind. I lost my son to cancer. Her 'horrendous' would have been my dream. Perspective is something we unfortunately don't have unless we have experienced real hardships in life.

I’m repeating myself by saying here my husband is in CUH with covid. He was confirmed the week before Christmas, and went in last week. He is doing ok, cos I know you guys will ask I always get lovely comments. He’s pretty sick but not in ICU - it’s hard working at home (I do admin and sales for essential pharma sales) and a 7 month old baby. Anyway , my point - even for the 2 weeks my hubby was home he could hardly text us . We are lucky we had a shed/granny flat so he was with us but not if that makes sense. He could not even talk to us Christmas Day. I was so worried. She had the mildest dose possible, maybe covid does come in extra small after all but you would not have the energy to video yourself , ramble on and then putting on a face of make up. Also, my hubby lost his sense of taste and smell on Dec 19th and it’s still not back. Hers is now back after a week she can smell her candles? What a dirty liar. I have reported every single story of hers since and will continue to. I know someone who be some homeless purely because they got cancer, could not work and because of circumstances did not get enough social welfare to keep a roof over their head. Certainly not a drug addict (addiction is also a disease, let’s agree that too) and this person spent their period of cancer treatment in emergency accommodation. I’m livid at her and need to know how we hold her accountable now

There people watching your stories who have life debilitating illnesses , who will never be well enough to twirl around the streets of Cork or spend weekends doing a tour of beeches and stuffing their faces in restaurants or availing of free gifted hotels . People who are unwell but can’t get into see a “team of medical” professionals because they are stuck on hospital waiting lists forever . So please stop with the poor me
